“Bea and Gene, you have a lovely home located strategically to everything in Venice with an easy approach to Sarasota or Fort Myers.Our stay started on Sunday, February 16 and we left on Saturday, February 22. The room we had was beautifully laid out with plenty of room for my wife and I to actually work from. Had a refrigerator microwave and coffee maker. There is a common area with washer and dryer and stove. Everything appeared brand new. We visit the Venice, Florida area a couple times a year...

“A simple, clean, unassuming property. Area quite safe. A good value. Everything worked, and in my experience, the manager appears to live nearby and is very attentive to any issues. Many people stay there for warm mineral springs which is a 5 minute walk away. I did go there a couple times, but mostly because it offers the rare pleasure of being able to swim outside in winter when water at Florida's beaches is too cold.
