Nuova piscina e ristorante aperti 1/2016 !!! IL CALENDARIO È AGGIORNATO. 3 camere da letto con re, re e gemelli. 3. 5 bagni. Grandi notizie!! Air Canada offre un volo diretto da Toronto a Georgetown. Delta vola direttamente da ATL. Codice aeroportuale GGT. La nostra villa consentirà a 3 coppie di avere posti letto / bagni separati e privati. Al primo piano è spazio di vita e sala da pranzo. Un armadio per la biancheria ospita la lavatrice e l'asciugatrice. Se ti piace cucinare, la cucina gourmet ha tutti gli strumenti necessari per preparare una deliziosa festa, incluso un refrigeratore per vino! La sala da pranzo formale può ospitare otto persone con maggiore disponibilità sul ponte. I pavimenti sono in travertino / legno duro e gli arredi di design hanno un tocco isolano. Al secondo livello ci sono due camere da letto con bagno privato completo. Ognuno ha porte francesi che si aprono su un ponte coperto. La master suite si trova nel soppalco. I noleggi di barche di Minn si trovano nelle vicinanze per la vostra convenienza. February Point è una comunità gated con spiagge private e piscina comunitaria. Vieni ad avere la vacanza di una vita!

Lovely stay with beautiful views

Overall- a very good experience at the Nice Villa. Beautiful view, amazing access to February Point amenities and close to Georgetown for dining and food shopping. But things that weren’t mentioned in other reviews was that the furniture in the living area is a bit tired and the home is clean butdusty- needs a good deep cleaning. Property manager was not as responsive as we would have liked but everything went smoothly at check in- just felt like an inconvenience with any small questions and requests we did have.

Great location

We enjoyed staying at Nicevilla within February Point. Plenty of space for our family of 5 and the house had everything we needed. Convenient location to access everything on the island. Loved being able to have a boat overnight at the dock. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay at nicevilla was top notch. The cleanliness, location, check in process, and quick replies from owner of all my questions was greatly appreciated. This was our second time to exuma and we are already discussing when we can return. We definitely would book nicevilla again.

Turtles!

We loved our stay at NiceVilla. The house is beautiful and the furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed and more.The best parts for us were the 3 different balconies, marina and the sea turtles that came by every day when we returned on our rented boat.I would definitely recommend staying here and I can't wait to come back.

Beautiful Home

It doesnt get any better than February Point, and this beautiful property hosted my family over Thanksgiving. Very clean and conveniently located. Perfect for older kids and easy dock access if you have a boat rental.

The place to Stay in Georgetown

My wife and I have been to Great Exuma many times. we know the island pretty well. we wanted to have a boat at our dock and so we looked for a house with exactly that. we found exactly what we wanted and needed. i can tell you we now have our new go to property. spectacular location, views, property layout, and the management could not have been more attentive yet invisible when you don't need anything. we got up every morning, hopped on the boat with some new bags of ice and explored new beaches and sand bars every day. Thanks to Jim and his team. we will certainly see you in about six months.

The home was clean and the property was very well maintained. February Point is just a great location. Turtles all around the dock at the property, cold AC, comfortable beds and pillows, large masters suites, everything needed in the kitchen, extras of all the little things for a shorter stay. Would revisit next year without a doubt.

Enjoyed our stay. Thank you. Only 2 issues. We had no master bathroom shower after day 2 of our stay which was obviously a bit of an inconvenience and it would be nice to have refills for the water cooler (jugs). Other than that, all great. Thanks again.

Gorgeous property and location

The owners and property manager were very responsive. The villa is beautiful, clean and spacious. Most evenings we saw sea turtles at the dock. The beach side had great snorkeling. The location is very central to everything and it was really nice to pull our rented boat up to the dock to pick up the rest of the family. We loved everything about this rental and hope to return soon to paradise! Thanks for a great week in Exuma!

Great place

This is the nicest of the rentals at February Point. This one is kept up and everything works. I have stayed in or viewed the others and they are not maintained like this one. Great hosts that leave their phone contact if you need anything and were very helpful.

Great spring break!

Nicevilla was amazing!! We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property. February Point is the best, centrally located property and can’t recommend it enough. It was so nice having the dock, so we could rent a boat and keep overnight. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Sasha and Samantha were also great to work with on house and grocery needs! We had the best time and hope to return soon.

Amazing Stay at Nicevilla

We were highly impressed with Nicevilla and the responsiveness from Jim & Kim. The excitement of stepping inside this gorgeous home and the breathtaking views from the front door and from every balcony made our vacation so enjoyable. Neighbouring properties were quiet and respectful. Having the dock allowed us to keep our boat rental overnight along with delivery and pick up directly from the villa. If you are considering this location don't hesitate! Book it!! We are SO happy we did.

Great family getaway

We loved and enjoyed our stay at February Point last week. The house was actually prettier in person then the pictures show. Location was great and having a private boat dock was key for us. The only down side would be going several hours and even overnight without power. I was unaware that this could or would happen frequently… I would just suggest battery operated fans and flashlights. We made the most of that night and it could have been worse. Sasha was great during that time and helped as much as she could. All in all it was a great house and we would definitely go back.
