Ryokan in Giappone

“Incredible hospitality and ryokan experience. Very traditional and a wonderful way to experience and appreciate Japan and Japanese culture (11th time here and have done ryokan before). Extensive kaiseki and some dishes you would never find on a restaurant menu. Place is extremely clean albeit showing a bit wear - and - tear with facilities. Do book private onsen outside. 10/10”

“We had a great experience staying at Yumotokan. The dinner was exceptional (very filling!) and the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The variety of onsen baths was great, each one unique and beautiful. The futon beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Loved our stay and would highly recommend to other travellers hoping for a ryokan experience that isn’t breaking the bank! ”

“This ryokan is very conveniently located beside a bus stop, which makes transportation easy around the hakone area. They also have a shuttle bus to gora station. We had the room with private onsen, it was so amazing we were speechless! Our half board included kaiseki dinner with crab and japanese style breakfast, which are also 10/10.
