Ryokan in Giappone

“Struttura molto bella , camere spaziose e pulite . Personale poco disponibile , abbiamo chiesto di posticipare il check out di 3 ore a causa del tifone ,ovviamente pagando , e hanno rifiutato nonostante avessero camere disponibili. Alle 10 abbiamo dovuto lasciare la camera nonostante fossimo anche con un bambino . ”

“スタッフの方々のおもてなしが最高に素晴らしく、建物もお風呂も良かったです。館内も静かで、気持ち良く滞在させて頂きました。 部屋は和室で、部屋食ということもあり、今まては感じたことがなかったのですが、今回は股関節や膝に負担を感じました。ロビーやどこかで椅子に座れたら、脚が楽に過ごせたように思います。残念ながら、チェックイン時もアウト時もロビーのお席は空いていませんでした。 心に残る旅館でした。有難うございました。”

“If you’re looking for a traditional Japanese Inn stay, this was fun for a night. As Americans the entire concept was foreign to us but we looked forward to fully immersing ourselves for an evening. If you’re in the same boat as us some recommendations: Be prepared to be a little confused. The slippers are difficult to walk in so it feels silly walking up the stairs to your room however it’s a fun experience. Take it slow although the staff may not be understanding that this is your first time...

“Gorgeous room with an incredible hinoki bath outside. Our stay was especially magical with the snow softly drifting down as we soaked in the bath, very romantic.”

“I really enjoyed the rooms at the property. The Ryokan style rooms with paper screen sliding doors and tatami mats made the room feel comfortable as well as the western style beds. The meals were served in the dining hall. Overall the property is quite nice and we felt welcomed on check in and during our stay. ”
