“The property itself was great, however the house across the way didn’t seem to like people being around. They would block the car in, and drinking and noise at night while working on a truck in the road. All in all, the house was well taken care of, clean and conveniently located to local sites. It had plenty of room for all 9 of us. The children had a blast in the game room and the hot tub, and can’t wait to go again.”

“We had an amazing stay. The house was adorable with an old school charm and modern amenities. The drives to everything was beautiful winding roads. The river was perfect for kayaking/paddle boarding and lots of fishing. It was absolutely perfect for my husband and I and our 2 teen boys. Highly recommend River Expedition for white water rafting and New River ATV. Also, had a blast at Pirates Cove cliff jumping.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The house was about a half-hour drive from the main visitor center in New River Gorge National Park. Two very nice state parks were also within a relatively short driving distance. We used the full-size kitchen for breakfast and dinner. It was nice having a dishwasher. The kayaks and fire pit were a lot of fun. ”

“Perfect spot for a long weekend with friends. Kids enjoyed the game room, movie room, and hot tub! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals which saved us money. We loved sitting out on the front porch swing and visiting with friends. Great location for white water rafting. One maintenance problem that could not have been prevented, but was immediately resolved by the hosts. Very happy customers who will book again next time we come white water rafting! Great memories were made. ”

“House was very clean and decorated beautifully. The fenced in yard and dock made the stay with our fur babies so much easier. House was well stocked. Only complaint is the yard getting mowed at 730 on wednesdays (real early for us night shifters). Master bed wasnt very comfortable. Could use a mattress topper. But all in all was a very wonderful plac. umattress topperr. But all in place to rent”
