“Air conditioning was loud and ran constantly at a 70 degree setting. The "low" cool option button was visible but not functional, so the unit ran on "high" constantly. The air was very cold but the noise canceled out the volume of the television no matter what volume setting I tried.”

“Loved this hotel! The suites are so spacious and comfortable. The room was very clean. Staff were friendly and cordial. Wish we had stayed longer to enjoy more the amenities. We went to PA for a convention and the majority stayed at a different hotel. Many complained. Us?….. we were like nope our hotel is lovely ♥️🤗”
