Hotel a Glenville

“I booked here for a week. The fridge in the room is a very tiny fridge so if you’re planning to bring things to put in the fridge for the week you will not have enough space. The room also does not have a microwave so if you plan to heat anything up you will not be able to do so conveniently in your room. You will have to go down to the lobby and use the microwave that isn’t very clean. They have a sign that says they clean the bed sheets everyday unless you have the do not disturb hang tag on...

“Our reservation was canceled less than 24 hours before we were going despite them sending a confirmation email the night before. I wasn’t notified by the hotel, only Expedia. When I called, a manager was supposed to call back, 4 hours later I called again. Manager never called. Exact same thing happened to my brother’s family. Terrible customer service!!! ”

“The staff was amazing The breakfasts are great however the door wouldn't shut #128 Just a little aged, and there was rust The door where I caught my finger slightly but didn't breach it so just be careful. ”

“poor management low staffs no one on front desk to give us the keys they left keys on front desk with R00M # Put their customers In Danger and at risk any one pick the keys no security on floor any one walk in to lobby this the second time they did last time bath room was not clean not review properly need better security standards any one hide in the room get heart this is serious”

“Drive 10 hours to get there at 12:00 ask if our room was ready told it wasn’t. She said she would call me when it was ready and never did. When I went back 2 hours later she said oh let me check and it just so happened to be ready. I don’t know if they put dogs on all the floors which I wasn’t aware pets were even allowed. But there was barking all day and into the night. Just a horrible stay ”

“This is advertised as having a pool. The pool was closed for scheduled maintenance. No one alerted us to this. Disappointing when the purpose of the stay was the pool.”
