Hotel a Glenville

“Breakfast was one of the reasons we chose this hotel - that and cleanliness. Breakfast on weekends doesn’t begin until 7 rather than 6. We had an early departure and either I missed the detail of the later start time for weekend mornings, or it was not stated. Disappointed with this. The room was clean. Some aspects of the property seemed a bit dated or missed with repairs - scratched, mustiness in hallways - but overall cleanliness was good. ”

“There is an iPad that connects you with someone overseas to check in. The room smells like body odor and when I pulled the sheets back there was a feces stain, yes poop. You get what you pay for so if you want the cheapest be prepared to get just that. I will say to their credit they changed the sheets and the shower/toilets are remodeled and new. I would not bring children here.”

After a long day of travel, we checked in and found out that the pool and hot tub were closed for repairs and would be closed for our entire stay. In fact, it had been closed for some time, and they never mentioned it on their website or when we booked the room. Then, we got to our room only to find that we had no hot water. Whole east coast in a awful heat wave/advisory! I’m handicapped and couldn’t get a handicap room with two beds.”
