“Enjoyed stay. Great location, close to uni, Botanic Gardens and museum. Everything very clean and comfortable. Guests lounge area lovely too and a self service breakfast. ”

“We had a great stay at the Gregory, couldn’t have asked for a better time! The staff were brilliant, so helpful polite and friendly and room was perfect! Clean nice and comfortable. Breakfast was OK, but I would recommend getting out and finding local places as there are lots of options. Location is good, just 20min walk to the centre or a 5 min bus ride, Thanks for a great stay!”

“Everything spotlessly clean, but sadly I got chewing gum on my trousers. Some bad person had stuck their soft gum under the lovely little bench in the gazebo. Why? There’s ample ashtrays and bins there. This was not the fault of the townhouse:-) Pleased with my experience ”

“Excellent stay. The property was well maintained and in an excellent neighborhood. We walked to Ryan’s, The Mad Hatter, Nico’s, and other restaurants/pubs. The location is also within walking distances of Queen’s University and the botanical gardens. I highly recommend Belfast and the Ulsterville Residences. ”

“Cute apartment. Came with small children so it isn’t really soundproof well for the neighbours below. Also, our apartment was at the top. Be prepare to carry your luggages up. Other than that, easy access around, communication with host is easy and neighborhood was pretty quiet when we were there.”

Michael, Isabelle and all the staff were as attentive, friendly, professional and thoughtful as we could have hoped for. “Stayed many times here....like it as a base for belfast Staff friendly but disappointed by the fact no food or bar Monday through Thursday due to owners selling..staff suggested somewhere which was spot on but i didn't feel i could relax and do some work have a beer etc before my meal...i will have to find an alternative for when im back in june and will sadly not return to house hotel...not told in advance of this issue”

“Un albergo di per sé bello ma con un grave problema di igiene! Arrivati in camera abbiamo iniziato ad aprire le valigie. Dopo qualche minuto vado in bagno ed ecco la sorpresa: il water sporco, ma sporchissimo. In camera troviamo anche biancheria intima usata!!! Ci cambiano camera senza assistenza al trasferimento bagaglio. La stanza gode di una pessima vista, ma pazienza. Il mattino dopo lascio fuori la porta il cartoncino per riordinare la camera. Al ritorno di sera trovo il letto rifatto ma la...
