“Struttura elegante e confortevole, bellissima la location . Il gradimento sarebbe stato più alto se l'accoglienza fosse stata all'altezza. Purtroppo non è stato così perchè alcuni membri del personale della reception erano decisamente scortesi e poco disponibili nei nostri confronti ( nemmeno rispondevano al saluto che comunque per educazione noi abbiamo sempre fatto ...). Ci dispiace perchè per tutto il resto abbiamo apprezzato la struttura. ”

“This hotel was extremely accommodating. Front desk staff were at the top of their game. I only stayed one night before returning to the city (had an interview in area) but would recommend the property for longer stays. My room was upgraded. Room service was promptly delivered and staff in their department were very friendly. The room was head to toe clean. Mattress was comfy. Pillows were a bit too hard but it was not a big deal. Kudos to the crew! Will rebook again at the hotel! ”

“The customer service was top notch by all the staff we encountered and dealt with. We were overall very happy with our stay. We went to CT, sadly, for a funeral. Knowing that, the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate and comfort us however they could. ”
