“Visti i giudizi di alto livello, sincramente mi aspettavo di più. Il personale non è molto disponibile con i clienti e il cibo del ristorante è lo stesso tutti i giorni. Buona pulizia generale dell'hotel e dei bagni (anche se in camera, usando la doccia, permaneva poi un cattivo odore di fogna). Un po' meno ho gradito il rifacimento del letto trovando dei capelli sotto le lenzuola (erano i miei ma significa che sono solo state rilazate le coperte e non rifatto per bene il letto). “We had a great time and a positive experience in general. The location of the hotel is perfect - close to the beach and the main strip. At the same time it's in the quiet more family-oriented part of the resort and it was quiet at night. The food was quite nice as well and there were beer, drinks and ice-cream/snacks throughout the day. The negatives - this is not a 4 star hotel. It looks and feels more like a 3* hotel. On the balcony there were rust spots and bird poo which was not cleaned....
