“Pleasant stay at this cozy apt. The location about 10minute walk to the waterfront, shopping on King St and dining . Small kitchen with all the appliances needed to make a small meal. “This is a great location with close beach access. It is pretty spacious for a studio with a lot of small nooks. The bed was comfortable and the temperature was ok even though we had snow and cold weather. We had multiple visits outside our doors from a beautiful kitty. The red kitchen sink is one of the highlights.Communication with the host was initially good until we couldn't get hot water on the morning we were leaving and the host was unavailable. “Amazing property! Great location. restaurants nearby are 5 to 10 min walk. 3 levels, stairs not bad. 4 bath rooms. Spacious!!”

“We loved our week here - plenty of room so we could spread out. Kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of pots & pans. House was very clean. The property managers were so prompt in getting back with us. We would absolutely stay here again.”

“I have nothing but great things to say about this property. From the moment we booked, the host was in communication and gave us all the info we needed right up until the second we checked out. We opted to rent the golf cart which I recommend doing as it’s so much easier to get around and find parking. The home had everything we needed plus more! It’s walking distance into town or a very short golf cart ride and same to the beach! If you’re on the fence then this is your sign to book it!”

“This home is spectacular! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and serve large groups of people. The home is beautifully decorated with lots of cozy spaces and stunning ocean views from almost every room. Easy commute to downtown Charleston and only steps from the beach. The owner and management team were very responsive and excellent to work with. Our family ages ranged from 5 to 80 and everyone had a fabulous time. ”

“We loved this home for our girls get away in Charleston. There were only 2 of us, so more than enough room. The home is well appointed and the location is EXCELLENT! Definitely will be back! ”

“My stay at The Quarters on Spring was a great experience overall. The communication with the hosts was excellent, making check-in and any questions I had a breeze.
