“Siamo stati accolti, e trattati, con una gentilezza assai rara. Personale giovane ed efficiente. Ottima posizione, nel verde, e silenzioso, seppure a pochi passi dal centro, l'albergo infonde un senso di britannica serenità. Lo consiglierei ad un amico. E' la prima volta, però, che i soldi dalla carta di credito me li hanno scalati fin dalla prenotazione.”

“All the staff we met were very helpful & seemed genuinely interested in us & wanting to make our stay as enjoyable as they possibly could. The cafe served excellent food and was reasonably priced but we felt that the restaurant menu wasn't particularly good. The view from our room was superb & the champagne breakfast delivered to our room was a real delight. We enjoyed our stay immensely & would certainly go again but will give the restaurant a miss next time. ”

“Hotel situato a 6/7 min a piedi dalla metro, vicino a molte fermate bus e ristoranti nella zona. L'interno dell'hotel è molto bello, il personale molto gentile e disponibile, check in aperto 24H. Per quanto riguarda le stanze, se prendete la Basic sappiate che non hanno finestre, ma solo un affaccio nella hall interna, quindi se siete claustrofobici fatevene dare una con finestre (ovviamente anche il bagno senza finestra). Per lo standard di Londra sono grandi e spaziose, presente anche phon e...

“Per il secondo viaggio, hotel davvero stupendo. Camera eccellente, letto bello comodo, bagno pulito. L'unica cosa che manca è lo spazzolone per pulire il water però per il resto, un hotel davvero eccezionale.”
