This group getaway in the heart of Granby Ranch offers luxe comfort and prime convenience close to year-round activities and recreation. Private home highlights include a hot tub, foosball, outdoor firepit, and a gorgeous gas fireplace in the family room. There's plenty of space for the whole family to spread out or enjoy time together - there's even a dedicated children's bunkroom filled with toys and games. The open-concept full kitchen is well-equipped to handle family-style meal prep. Additional home essentials include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

Granby Ranch community features include hiking and mountain biking trails, a scenic viewing gazebo, a seasonal ski lift, and a public golf course. Lake Granby is 12 miles up the road and Grand Lake is 20 miles away. Rocky Mountain National Park is accessible just a mile north of Grand Lake.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 PM
Check-out time: 10:00 AM
All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Trailers, campers, RVs, and boats cannot be parked on the property for more than 24 hours. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway overnight.
ATVs, dirt bikes, snowmobiles, and any other off-road motorized vehicles may not be driven on community roads or properties.
Outdoor lights should be turned off by 10 pm.
Guests must adhere to all county fire bans. Fireworks are never permitted.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

met expectations
had what we needed for 3 families staying, great location near Granby Ranch Ski. concerns more with property management than home with conflicting instructions and slow response time to on site concerns. Also Issues with hot tub not heating up, fire pit didnt work and lower level bath can use improvement. if issues addressed would consider staying again.

Great Stay
The house was as seen in the photos and was incredibly clean. It is a very nice house. Check in and check out were easy. My friends and I had no issues during our stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a place near Winter Park.

50th wedding anniversary with family trip
14 people from 3 generations stayed comfortably. We enjoyed a spacious kitchen equipped for cooking gourmet family meals. We were close to grocery and unlimited trails in the national park and to Grand Lake. Highly recommend for both adults and children.

Great place to host my wedding party
I was in Granby for my wedding, and this house provided the perfect place to my wedding party. The layout of the house allowed for good space for congregating to just hang out together, but the design also provides a great way to get away and enjoy a quiet bedroom space. Great neighborhood, and excellent communication with host.

The property looked nice initially but the more we were there we noticed it is not been maintained well, every thing is either broke or on its last leg, to the point we were worried to use anything because we were afraid it would brake, we were doing the dishes on the last evening and had to spend a hour reappearing to door to the dishwasher so it would shut correctly and run, there was no batteries in the remote controls, we had taken a pan off the the pot rack and it became lopsided and about hit my daughter in the head, i would stay completely away from this property

Everything was great. Plenty of room. Tons of snow. Kids had a blast playing outside, in the hot tub, and in the game room. Adults enjoyed the steam shower. Would stay here again.

Beautiful place in the mountains
We really enjoyed the house. It was well-stocked and we had everything we needed. Our only complaint was the cable kept breaking up (especially during the Avs game when they won) and then it went out completely. Minor compared to the fun in the hot tub, the wonderful deck off the kitchen, gathering around the island and spending time together. Lots of room and a great family vacation for us!!!

Family Friendly house near Granby Ranch
The location of this house was ideal! Very close to local grocery store and Granby Ranch. We had our adult children and parents come along and everyone had enough space for privacy as well as getting together for meals and games. The heated garage was a plus too!

Extended Family Vacation
Thank you for sharing your home we had a wonderful visit! The house is nicely decorated and felt cozy. We never felt crammed, it fit our 3 families perfect with more bedrooms to spare! There was enough space for all of us to be eating and using the kitchen at the same time. I'd stay again on another vacation to Granby.

Wonderful family gathering spot
This home was the perfect gathering spot for our family's (spanning from babies to grandparents) summer mountain getaway. The kitchen easily handled our daily cooking for 12, we enjoyed having two comfortable living spaces, and the bedrooms were cozy. We spent lots of time on the back deck and the fire pit area, enjoying the fresh mountain air and the gorgeous evening stars.

Property was perfect for our family, large enough for the 6 adults and 5 kids, but set up in a way that allowed sperate areas for either social times or private relaxing time. Kitchen well equipped, close to ski area and grocery store. Everyone really enjoyed the stay.
