“Discreta la posizione, accettabile la pulizia degli ambienti, disastrosa ( OK, spetta agli ospiti ma un controllo sarebbe necessario) la pulizia delle stoviglie. Carino il quotidiano al mattino davanti alla porta e il rifornimento ( non previsto) delle bustine di caffè. La piscina è minuscola, adatta solo a bambini. Non c'è il condizionatore nella stanza da letto.”

“セルフチェックインが心配でしたが、入口のわかりやすいところにキーボックスがあり、メールで届いたコードを入力することで鍵をもらえました。ケアンズ中心部に近く、観光にとても便利な立地でした。ショッピングモールも徒歩圏内です。施設自体は新しくないですが、清潔に保たれていました。私が宿泊したのはオーシャンビューのお部屋で晴れるととても景色が良かったです。大きな冷蔵庫や食洗機、さらにコーヒーメーカーもあり、とても心地よく滞在できました。タオルやシャンプーもありました。共有施設のテニスコート用のボールがなかったことが唯一残念でした。滞在中にお湯が出なくなるハプニングがありましたが、どうやらお湯のスイッチを間違えて切ってしまったためで、また出るようになりました。フロントはスタッフの人がいる日といない日がありました。ゴミ捨て場がわからず聞きましたが、丁寧に教えてくれました。”

“We really enjoyed our 7 nights at Harbour Cove. Jaimie was super nice to work with and his response to our queries were quick. We enjoy eating at home, however the crockery & cutlery amounts meant we couldn’t use the dishwasher, due to not enough utensils. Apart from that we still gave 10/10 rating. ”

“All good with the property itself but I asked 2 times for a tax invoice for time I was there but the lady failed to deliver me tax invoice so I could claim reimbursement from my work ”

“Attending an event at Cairns Convention Centre and Il Centro is a comfortable short walk to this venue at very reasonable price. Reading previous reviews the Reception person has a typical NQ sense of humour that is not always appreciated by all guests - but he is still very helpful and informative.”

“The apartment is a good size and great location if you want to be in town. It was a 10 minute walk to 4 mile beach which is lovely. Jo was very helpful with suggestions and let us check out late. ”

Nice location, quiet and next to a hotel which made for easy pick ups for tours that offered it. We only got one key, so on the day we split up we had to arrange amongst ourselves who would have the key and ensure they were home so we...

“The island is a paradise on Earth. Extraordinary efficiency in everything, combined with a unique natural heritage. Now, about the accommodation. The place is decent and in line with the nightly rates. The low rating is due to a very unpleasant incident that happened to us. "Bello comodo fornito di tutto Livello di qualità servizi e vita dell'isola comunque molto alti e i prezzi tutto sommato ragionevoli. Nella somma pagata per i soggiorno volutamente solo pernottamento direi che erano inclusi anche molti servizi di cortesia"

"Nice room, comfortable beds and pillows, great breakfast. The hotel parking was often full but fortunately you have enough free parking spots along the street close to the hotel. Quite far from the center of Cairns (25 min walking), but not too far from the airport (8 min by car). No express check-out procedure, Receptionists not that empathetic."
