“We used whats app to communicate & they were very responsive. Day 1 Transfer info was not clear. We had a different driver then stated & no specific instructions of where they would be or which company used. We found them after 40 mins. Drive went well except they expected payment which we had already paid for. (Use a Taxi it would have been $15 cheaper) Code to room was provided no issues. Condo was as expected. Kitchen had most things except kitchen towels or paper towel & no coffee maker....

“Ho prenotato dall 11/08 al 24/08 la struttura perché rappresentata da foto ingannevoli di spiaggia che non ha mentre sul loro sito fa capire di si praticamente lontanissima dalla spiaggia inoltre ke pulizie delka stanza è inesistente come del resto l’assistenza al cliente alla fine ho lasciato la struttura una settimana prima per spostarmi in un villaggio pagando naturalmente pessima esperienza ”

“La struttura era pulita e accogliente. Non c'erano cialde di caffè per la macchinetta,nessun appendiabiti e la TV non funzionava. abbiamo avvisato del problema l la ragazza che del check-in con whatsapp,ma non ha risposto né è stato mandato nessuno per riparare TV.non ci tornerei”

“Fantastic find, central to crash boat and other tourist areas. Host was so accommodating. Met janitorial staff who where cleaning new door unit. Villa Mar, was warm, accommodating and so kind. Definitely a return visitor! ”

“Convenient location to beach access, restaraunts, shopping, Walgreens, super max market and close to airport as well a cruise ship ports. Stayed for 4 nights and did have a main water pipe break the first night, but was fixed the next day. Wifi didn't work until last 2 days of stay, but would deleting stay again due to the convenience of everything around it. It is located in town so it's quite noisy, but i think you'll get that in allot of places unless they're insulated better. ”

“Stayed overnight to get to airport in the morning...10 minutes away if that. I loved the smooth sheets and comfortable mattress. Had the room overlooking a nice lawn. The grass was welcomed after a week of sand and surf.”

"Resort molto bello e, soprattutto, compatto. Non è necessario muoversi per centinaia di metri, tutte le varie strutture sono collegate tra loro, in una specie di U. Personale molto cortese, si viene messi a proprio agio fin dal primo istante. Segnalo la possibilità di sottoscrivere una membership per avere facilitazioni in una serie di hotel, per periodi di 10 o 20 anni: se vorrete ascoltare la proposta, mettetevi comodi (in paricolar modo se interessati a sottoscriverla). Camere GRANDI e molto belle"

"Resort perfetto per chi vuole divertirsi. Se cercate solo quello è perfetto. Se cercate principalmente relax, cercate altre soluzioni. La pulizia lascia un po’ a desiderare e si sentono diversi odori sgradevoli in stanza e nei corridoi fuori alle stanze. Credo sia dovuto al fatto che molti ragazzi si ubriacano e vomitano. Ma il resort è davvero grande e bello. In maggioranza ci sono ragazzi e ragazzi fascia di età 18-30. Ottimo e molto vario il cibo del buffet"
