“Located in downtown, but it is not worth it. I spent three nights there, and there was no room service, no water replacement, no towels replacement, no breakfast included, no park included… just one bedroom with restroom that I had to set up by myself, for more than 300$ per night! A bad way to use COVID as an excuse, so to keep the price high, avoiding basic services.”

“Very nice hotel, clean, modern and efficient. Room was very comfortable Restaurant was nice- lot resources of hostess- waiter MIA frequently- maybe repurpose a hostess? Pricey to park valet in off season- staff was very friendly and helpful- snowy streets and such would not wanted to try to deal with parking and carrying luggage Would stay again !”

“The front desk staff was top notch!!! The valet was a tad grumpy but efficient. I didn’t love that I couldn’t open my window , even a crack but that was minor. Room service was delicious. Very walkable to several bars and restaurants. The furniture on the room is showing its age. The coffee service was great. All in all a great stay.”

“Very clean hotel. Exceptionally clean bathroom and nice amenities. The only reason I didn’t give it an overall score of 5/excellent was because there was a lot of noise directly above my first floor room. I heard a lot of footsteps, something like a cart being rolled, and possibly boxes being moved. It was rather constant. It stopped around 11:30 pm. Maybe there’s an employee closet directly above room 003?? Other than this, I loved the hotel. ”

“I really enjoyed my brief stay! The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was very nice. Elevated shower, in-room coffee, and small sitting area were pluses. The lobby of the hotel is so cute with plenty of space to hang out and visit the cafe or bar. And the staff was very kind! I also got a treatment at the spa next door and really enjoyed it. I left feeling relaxed!”

“Great value for the price we paid. Great central location. Not on the water, but not far and easy to get around town from this location. Limited parking outback, but if you can get a space perfect. Extra park across the street. Easy. Small rooms but quite comfortable. Will definitely return. Thank you. ”
