One-of-a-kind Lakefront House Near Ritz, Sandbar & Boathouse!

Questa casa lungolago, rinnovato di recente è stato progettato con divertimento in famiglia in mente! Se il suo nuoto, kayak, guardare film nel seminterrato, che in un hammock, coccole accanto al caminetto o tostatura s'mores intorno al pozzo del fuoco.

La casa si trova in un ambiente accogliente, cala al sicuro con un grande bacino da cui godere il lago. Grande punto di vista di mare aperto da molto. La casa è idealmente situata sul desiderabile lato del lago Richland che offre acque più limpide e solo a due minuti di barca dal lussuoso Ritz-Carlton Resort o dal famigerato banco di sabbia di Lake Oconee.

Il piano principale dispone di 20-piedi-alti soffitti, nuovi pavimenti in legno e una parete di finestre che si affacciano sul lago. La zona giorno famiglia comprende un camino, TV montata, zona pranzo e arredi messo insieme con l'occhio di un decoratore. Completamente attrezzato e cucina aggiornato con ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inox, forno a microonde, ice-maker, lavastoviglie e macchina per il caffè. Utensili da cucina, lenzuola e asciugamani sono forniti ... anche gli asciugamani da spiaggia!

Master suite al piano superiore ha un proprio bagno completo e soppalco zona lettura con divanetto. Letto Master è un re della California e camera da letto comprende due built-in letti singoli per le famiglie con bimbi piccoli. Due camere da letto sono situate al piano nobile, entrambe con letti queen size.

Il piano interrato ha un enorme salotto, camino, e la quarta camera da letto. La quarta camera da letto ha un letto a castello con un letto matrimoniale sul fondo, un letto singolo in alto, e una doppia letto a rotelle sotto. Il seminterrato si apre al patio con un pozzo del fuoco a pochi passi dal lago.

Appena fuori dalla porta della cantina è un capannone pieno di giochi divertenti come tubi, tagliatelle, kayak e giubbotti di salvataggio. Aiutate voi stessi! Inoltre, abbiamo un paio di biciclette a disposizione per il vostro divertimento.

Questa casa è il luogo perfetto per coppie, famiglie, ragazzi o ragazze weekend. Al di là del lago, questo luogo offre molte attrazioni vicine, come:-top rated campi da golf in Georgia, lussuoso centro benessere Ritz, Università della Georgia calcio, storica città di Madison, Augusta National Golf Club e eccezionali ristoranti nelle vicinanze.

Amazing experience!
The property met and even exceeded our expectations. There were no surprises, it was everything promised in the advert. Truthfully the pictures did not do the property justices....breathtaking in person. owner meticulously laid out all information needed for a pleasant experience. There were copious notes and details in the welcome package. The owner was very responsive to any of our questions or needs. Check-in/out process was seamless! We are already planning a visit in the spring!

Family Vacay
The property is great for those who have children who can sleep in the bunk beds. The downstairs was a great inside play area for the children too. The grands enjoyed the water toys purchased from Amazon. They were able to raft, kayak on their inflatable rafts and paddle board on their inflatable paddle board. Being able to use our boat was great so they also could ski and tube. Morning, afternoon and evening boat rides were enjoyed by young and old! Enjoyed the fire pit and made s’mores! Owner was available via texts if needed and left lots of helpful information.

Great house and location
Wonderful house on a great lot right on the lake. Clean and great patios upstairs and down stairs. The fire pit was wonderful wish we could have stayed longer.

Mother/Daughter trip to Lake Oconee
This house was perfect for our mother/daughter trip to the lake for a long weekend. The layout of the house worked great for our group. The kids enjoyed the bunk room and games available in the basement. The quiet cove where the house is located was great for relaxing on a raft or kayaking. The owner was also very responsive to any questions that we had. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Great for the whole family
We were delighted with this home on a quiet cove, it’s proximity to dining options/Publix/boat rental, the beauty of the area and the courteous and responsive communications of the owner. Our kids loved the daily routine of kayaking from the dock and our card games on the deck. We would surely return for another stay here on Lake Oconee.

Family friendly lake house
We loved our stay - grandparents, parents, and four kids aged 5-11. Easy drive from Atlanta. The house was fully stocked with all of the basics - and more! The lower level with the bunk beds was perfect for children - so many games and toys. We loved the kayaks and tubes. My in-laws loved the two minute boat ride to the Ritz. And we all loved the view of the lake from the living room windows and on the porch. Alfredo was extremely helpful and did all he could to ensure we had a great vacation. We hope to return!

Relax and Unwind
My family visited Alfredo’s property for a five nights stay. The location in the cove of the lake is perfect if you have small children and want to avoid boat traffic. We found the layout of the house particularly helpful, because each branch of the family could have a floor with some privacy. This house is full of fun with a ping pong table, multiple games, and foosball. The outdoor fire pit is great for a night of s’mores and chatting. We loved the family-friendly set up, and our host was there for everything we needed. I would book this property again.

Beautiful views!
Beautiful home to spend the holidays in, by the fire, with the family. Gorgeous lake views and well maintained property. The Ritz Carlton was just across the lake and a great place to take the family for a delicious meal or just to walk the grounds and take in the festive holiday decor. Due the the holiday it was really the only place open. The owner was extremely accommodating and made our visit a great one!

Loved our stay!
The house is beautiful! Spacious and nicely decorated. Guests’ ages ranged from 12-92. It was great having two bedrooms on the main floor for those who cannot handle stairs. Our son spent every day fishing from the dock. The kayaks were a nice bonus too to go out and explore the lake. We only left a few times to go to the grocery store, play golf and to the jet ski rental spot, all only 15-20 minutes away. Highly recommend this house. Great communication with the owner. Hope to return in the future.

Exceptional property on the lake
This is a great property located on the lake exactly as advertised on the site. Alfredo is a very receptive host who kept in touch and was available when we needed him- whether for local taxis or for how to operate the cable box. We were there for Masters' week so were not in the property a lot- so unfortunately did not use it to its full potential. The deck with chairs, the firepit in the back of the house or the seating area by the dock on the lake went largely unused but is there for anyone to use. The living area inside is generous, well lit and with a kitchen right there to make it very homely. The bathrooms were nice and clean with clean towels and sheets. We would love to come back here and use the place properly.

Very well equipped house ! Incredible lake view! You never know what you need at a vacation rental home. This home has it all and then some . The only negative is we couldn’t stay longer ! We rented a boat and had a great time on the lake .

The property was everything as advertised and more. Alfredo was a great host, made himself available to answer any questions and provided a ton of helpful information about the area/things to do. The location was great, close to the sandbar if you’re renting a boat. We plan on going back next year!

Absolutely best location on the lake
My family just returned from a 5 night stay at this property. You couldn't ask for a better location on the lake. This area will not have boats speeding by, so you can relax as you swim around and enjoy the serenity. The house is lovely! There were 4 adults and one kid, and we had so much room. Here is my advice though. 5 nights was not enough time. That was our only mistake. There is so much to do in the area. We rented a pontoon boat for tubing, jets skis, kayaks etc. Heed my advice and book for at least a week. We would return in a heartbeat!!! I Highly recommend this beautiful house.
