Hotel a Greensburg

“Breakfast needed some work- cold food, and not enough for the large groups staying the weekend. Pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. They have you sign a large group waiver but then don’t enforce it. Kids running rampant without parent supervision.”

“Check in was easy and convenient. The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious and the linens were clean. The floor in the bathroom needed some tlc and the air conditioner was not very cold. Otherwise, very nice one night stay.”

“The room needed to be cleaner. Opened the refrigerator and someone had dumped something brown in it. Cobwebs in the corners of the room. a long black hair on the towel by the shower. The property was well maintained except the room. Breakfast was good and girl at front desk was welcoming.”

“Reserved a king room and requested a room not facing the interstate. This property cannot offer that - all king rooms face the noisy interstate. The king rooms away from the interstate are all king suites - for an upcharge, of course! Being an IHG member at a property that was obviously less than 25% booked (about 15 cars in the lot), a complementary upgrade would have been a nice customer relations move. But no, it was "I'll need your credit card again." And not even a friendly...

“Was given a handicap room on the first floor that I did not request. When I entered the room, I was completely overwhelmed by the musty smell. It was completely overpowering every time you entered the room. Obviously the room has not been kept well cleaned. I won’t be coming back. Also, the air-conditioning did not work very well.”
