Hotel a Greensburg

“This is the second time I've booked with Expedia and we've ended up with a room that the ceiling in the bathroom needed repaired. In addition, we checked in on a Sunday afternoon and the pool was shut down, the description of the property said there was a hot tub, there was none. The Staff was Wonderful ! They did have the pool opened by morning, as we requested, and the girls at the front desk were just delightful & very helpful. Loved Them !!! We had a very comfy king bed. Other than...

“Cleaning staff came into the room without knocking on the door. Bath ceiling showed cracks along the line where the wall meets the roof. Breakfast not so good”

“Clerk at check in was a grump. First automatic entry do was in a state of needing repair. Odd front desk location, no line of sight to greet guests. Requested some minor service which wasn’t handled well. Coffee pod restock (no decaf). No coffee cups. Kleenex box was empty. Towels and soap removed. Towels were not replaced. Breakfast buffet was good though not great.”

“This property has no elevator. The pool are is very small to try a sit in there and watch the kids swim you definitely get went. Other than that it was a cheap hotel close to lots of restaurants. With a quick check in and out.”

“Overall a good property. Have stayed there twice - though I asked for room service and change of towel on day which they forgot so next day had to take towels from reception myself. Otherwise nice and safe property Pls check for few hunter flies in the otherwise clean room”

“The mattress was sagging giving me a backache when I woke up. The towels has streaks of black dirt looks like it has not been completely washed, no Kleenex , I had to use toilet paper to blow my nose . One tiny shampoo , 1 tiny soap for 2 people to share , so I opted not to shampoo my hair . It was disappointing!!! Will not booked ever again in Red Roof Inn. This will be my first and last . ”
