Hotel a Greensburg

“Bed was comfortable, linens clean but lighting was bad in room, dirty stains on walls, lamp shades, room was musty and dusty. The bathroom and shower had hair everywhere and did not appear to be cleaned or maintained well at all. Breakfast had an ok selection. Property appeared quite run down in general.”

“ We have stayed at this hotel on our drive from the south a few times before with the last stay being over two years ago. This room was very disappointing. Big light on the bathroom had a big hole in it. The body wash bottle was broke off the wall. The room just seemed so dark n dingy. ”

“Everything you’re looking for in a hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Quiet, comfortable and clean. Hot water with great water pressure. Towels are big enough and there are enough of them. Small fridge in the rooms. Free parking and enough of it. Breakfast was just like you’d get at a Hampton. Restaurants just steps from the hotel parking lot. Shopping less than a 5 minute walk. I stayed 2 nights with my teenage son and neither of us have any complaints. The city of Columbus was a bonus. It’s...

“We had issues with elevator one only was working when we arrived other one quit and we had a handicapped person with us, when we spoke to front desk offered no assistance and ended up other guests at the hotel helped get her down 2 flights of stairs, I contacted corporate office and they told me to contact expedia”

“Our room was very clean and the furnishings were fine. I did not find the bed or the pillows comfortable - to me the bed felt like cardboard and the pillows were too soft. My husband thought the bed was okay. He did not like that there was no top sheet -just the blanket. The cover for the heating-cooling unit was missing. We both slept okay.
