“We came to Fairfield because we thought we would be getting great service. We did not get room service because the maids cannot read English I hung a door hanger out for what I thought was room service. Turns out you have two door hangers one was for towels and room service the other was and. I feel very let down and discouraged by the way I was treated. “This is a great place for the value to stay for a single or a couple. I have stayed multiple times and it is always clean, the family that runs it is very helpful, the TV works great. No real complaints other than the bathroom is small but the shower and hot water works great. It’s not sprawling glitzy and glamorous as the bigger hotels, but I would 100% stay there again, and my wife stayed with me a couple of times and she was perfectly fine staying there again.”

“The tv was broke in the room so we couldn’t watch tv. The floors were in okay condition but they are heavily soiled and gives the room a not so clean feel. I would like to suggest making all of the floors hardwood floors. This was if guests spill things it could easily be mopped. I would also suggest keeping your rates the same after any upgrades. Raising then prices because you made the floors decent, or did any thing else to ensure a decent stay for your guests makes the guests not want to...

“Clean. The room was cool. People friendly. Location was good. Excellent but always improvement. The rooms closed up like majority of hotels has no freshness like the entrance did, the elevators did, the halls did. The breakfast was what I expected, nice selection and good. The staff friendly, professional, showed care, asked questions, spoke first, greetings.”

The check-in and check-out process was quick and hassle-free, the beds were very comfortable, and we enjoyed having access to the pool during our visit. The complimentary continental breakfast was a great addition and provided everything we needed to start our day. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we would definitely stay here again.”
