“The property appears to be fairly new, very clean; however, one elevator was broken and no one came to repair.”

“Tipico hotel degli States. Grande camera, letto matrimoniale molto spazioso, divano, macchina per il caffe', ecc. Qualche segno di vecchiaia negli stipiti delle porte ma in linea di massima, da consigliare sicuramente. A differenza di molti hotel, offre la colazione, ma non aspettatevi chissà cosa. ”

“Tylee at front desk and Jessica in breakfast area were topnotch and both were recent hires. Excellent customer service skills. Cleaning staff very friendly and helpful. Parking staff accessible and safe. Breakfast was far beyond usual. Cheese omelets, sausage links, grits, bagels, cranberry scones, muffins, waffles surprisingly good. Very clean - ranked 100% by health department which I have never seen before. Would definitely stay at another Hampton Inn and hope it measured up to this...

“Breakfast was incredible: eggs/sausage/bagels/cereal/homemade waffles/juices/coffee - it had everything I could think of. The room was spacious. It had a desk, sofa, and a very comfortable bed with a nice bathroom. It exceeded my expectations. ”

“Personale gentile e veloce. Camera in media degli standard americani (grande, letto ampio e comodo, bollitore ecc). Durante il mio soggiorno erano presenti lavori di ristrutturazione ed ampliamento che chiaramente hanno influito sulla valutazione in quanto era presente un po' di polvere e attrezzature nei corridoi. (Ma la camera era perfettamente pulita).”

“Room had ants. Staff was friendly and helpful with moving me to a new room immediately. Bed in the new room left me feeling itchy.”

“Property is a bit dated. Flooring in my room had some buckling seams and was a bit sticky. Good tv options including ACC Network which was nice. All staff members were friendly and helpful. The cookies were very tasty, too.”

“Staff were all extremely kind. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was good, better the 1st day than the 2nd but still good. Laundry is free, you just need to buy your own detergent. They had some in the lobby, but we went to CVS right down the street for ours. Lobby has cold beer which was a huge plus. Overall felt very safe.”
