“We were only there overnight for a resident graduation, so we didn’t use the amenities or eat breakfast, but the coffee was good, room was clean and nice. Smelled nice despite the hallway smelling like smoke (we were on the first floor and could see people smoking at the end of the hall , outside, with the door open. Staff was friendly, check in was easy, we were surprised it was as comfortable as it was. Would stay here again!”

“We came to Fairfield because we thought we would be getting great service. We did not get room service because the maids cannot read English I hung a door hanger out for what I thought was room service. Turns out you have two door hangers one was for towels and room service the other was and. I feel very let down and discouraged by the way I was treated. “Place was a dump! Definitely not worth the hundreds a night it was! The egg patties were hard, the gym is a storage unit and was unavailable. The room was dirty feeling. Got the suite with the room spa and the spa tub was gross! I had to ask for cleaning supplies to clean it myself and that didn’t even help much just made me feel a tiny bit better knowing I cleaned it! There were young adult friends of the worker hanging out in the front lobby being loud! Maybe they lived there? The hall...

“This is a great place for the value to stay for a single or a couple. I have stayed multiple times and it is always clean, the family that runs it is very helpful, the TV works great. No real complaints other than the bathroom is small but the shower and hot water works great. It’s not sprawling glitzy and glamorous as the bigger hotels, but I would 100% stay there again, and my wife stayed with me a couple of times and she was perfectly fine staying there again.”

“They did not have hot breakfast available the kitchen was closed and the pool was not open. The beds are very uncomfortable and the covers are hard and scratchy.”

“The only problem I had was checking out. I split the cost with my sister and only her card got charged for the full amount which caused her card to have a negative balance. Not cool”

“The pool was down for maintenance but staff let us know prior to completing check-in and gave us the option of cancelling if that was a deal breaker. Good communication and friendly staff.”
