“Dawn Ranch is aspirational and mechanical. It has the feel of an influencer property, with the distinctive flourishes and details in place to make it attractive and exciting. The facilities are clean, spare and modern. The fixtures are sufficiently cool with the edison bulbs. But the details makes it feel like the staff is going through the motions of hospitality. The hardware is there but the software is missing. For instance, our room was nice and clean if a little spare. The leather case...

“I like how it’s situated close to the water and the ability to walk to restaurants and grocery store. I didn’t feel comfortable that the deadbolt didn’t work on the entry door or that the curtains didn’t close enough for privacy. As a single female alone I felt uneasy at night. Overall wonderful place to stay. Great staff. Thank you. ”
