“The amenities of our suite well suited our needs. The concierge service was excellent. The lobby is welcoming, attractive and a good place to relax. We were disappointed with the condition of the water in the 25 meter pool. When swimming laps, the murky water made it difficult to the see the lane markings or the ends of the pool. The water filter system needs an upgrade. ”

“Customer service was wonderful! The lobby was beautiful. The pool location is gorgeous, overlooking the ocean. I really liked the heated bathroom floors and the Nespresso machines. The bath products smelled good and were lovely. The bathtub was perfect, with good back support.”

“La struttura, di per sé, avrebbe un grande potenziale, se facessero lavori di ammodernamento. Nelle condizioni attuali sembra di essere nell’Inghilterra degli anni ‘60...senza aver fatto alcuna pulizia nel frattempo! Abbiamo trovato le lenzuola sporche perché le finestre sono state lasciate aperte (e non si potevano chiudere senza arrampicarsi sul letto). Lucernario non completamente oscurabile, con luce negli occhi dalle 5 di Condizioni decadenti e pulizia scarsissima.”
