“This condo is very nice. The view and the windows that allow the view are amazing. We enjoyed the wrap-around balcony, the swivel rockers in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows, and the fully stocked kitchen. The condo could definitely use some updating. Walk in tile showers and updated vanities in the bathrooms would be ideal. Lastly, the beds were pretty saggy. However, we would absolutely stay here again.”

“We had a wonderful stay in 1009! The communication with the rental company, check-in process, and check-out were all fantastic. The unit was clean and well stocked. The only thing we couldn't find was a dust pan to help with sweeping up the sand. If this unit was at another property, we would definitely rent again! The Tidewater community was not what we remembered. Yes, it was summer and the busy season. However, one of the two parking deck elevators was down during our entire stay. Although...

“This was a great property, all was very clean. The beds were super comfortable (that's a plus for me). Very spacious and great location. Only downside was the grill, it was very dirty and the its an electric grill, so very slow cooking. Overall it was great. Will keep them on my list of return properties.”
