“We had a lovely 2 week stay at Villa Brookshaw in September 24. The villa is situated in a valley a short 5 minute drive from the town of Nea Skioni. “Wir waren im Juli 2024 in dem Haus und im Grunde zufrieden. 2 Sachen muss ich bemängeln. Der Fernseher lief nicht bzw. man konnte keine Programme empfangen. In der Region soll es, gerade im Sommer, häufig zu mehrstündigen Stromausfällen kommen. Leider waren wir an einem Tag auch davon betroffen. In Summe ca. 10 Std. Den Generator hätte man da schon betriebsbereit haben können und nicht erst danach. Ansonsten waren wir mit allem zufrieden.”

“Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet, man merkt , dass die Gastgeberin das Haus auch selber als Ferienhaus nutzt. Der Garten ist sehr groß, gepflegt und hat einen tollen Grillplatz mit Kohlegrill, Gasgrill, Kühlschrank, Waschbecken und Terrasse. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und dennoch sind einige Bars am Strand und der Hafen mit verschiedenen Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen....

“Lovely, well equipped apartment with amazing views. 5/10 mins walk to the beach, which was really nice as it was very peaceful. Beach to the South of the harbour with cafes and sun beds, beach to the North natural and unspoilt, so something for everyone. The property has nice grounds with pool. “ We are two Italian families for a total of 8 people. We spent 15 days in absolute tranquility. the house consists of two floors that allow the two families to be kept independent but sharing common areas. Wonderful the terrace for breakfasts and dinners admiring the stars. Great availability of the owner always ready to solve every little problem. Thanks for everything”

“Wir haben alles so vorgefunden, wie beschrieben. Tolles Haus mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Allerdings sind die beiden Doppelbetten im Obergeschoss ziemlich schmal für zwei Personen. Die Küche ist recht gut ausgestattet, allerdings muss man ständig spülen (keine Spülmaschine), weil von allem maximal sechs Teile vorhanden sind. Müslischalen oder ähnliches fehlen ganz. Insgesamt aber ein tolles. großzügiges Haus, was man durchaus mit 6 Erwachsenen bewohnen kann.”
