“We stayed for one night in the Sky Room. The room has lovely views of the city, ocean, and inbound flights landing at the Hilo airport off in the distance. We chose this place due to price point, proximity to downtown and the in-room jet bathtub. Favorite things: location, pretty front yard, jet bathtub, and comfortable bed if you like a softer mattress top. Least favorite things: the door has a rather large 3 inch gap at the bottom; the shower is small with low water pressure; the walls...

“We had a good stay at Magic Skies. The property seemed to have a nice atmosphere with the different spaces and room themes though there were some areas undergoing maintenance at the time of our stay. We didn’t end up having the breakfast service offered but it seemed reasonable. Though overall was an enjoyable stay with a good location.”

“The place itself was great. Incredibly relaxing! Breakfast in the porch was so nice! Stay went totally smooth. I wouldn't consider it walkable due to lack of sidewalks. But for those people who are looking to relax and sightsee, I actually think the location is better than in the heart of downtown. It's both close to everything and also "out of the way". ”
