“Nice hotel decorated with lots of vintage finery. Staff was nice and offered us tea and coffee and hot chocolate. The elevator is small…I felt like I was wearing it as a parka, but the stairs were lovely! Carpets and chandeliers everywhere. The neighbourhood was a quieter residential area. Our room was nice and had a little kitchenette. My family liked it a lot.”

“Several mices in the hotel, breakfast worst ever had in hotel, room not served daily was not mentioned during booking, hotel very old needs deep renovation, air con in the room stinks”

“Beautiful hip hotel right downtown. The staff was excellent, especially Stephen. Our suite was small but comfortable with a great view of the harbor. There was a problem with the heating fan, but not too bad. So conveniently located, we walked all around to the sights. We enjoyed our stay/.”

“Very pleasantly suprised with the property...the photos don't do it justice. Were able to leave our bags while we went to the theatre which was very useful. Slight hiccough with the code to get up to our room, but followed thr reset instructions and everything worked fine. We parked at the closest parkade, Metro parking at Blowers, arrived 1pm Sat and left around 9.30 Sun and it was only $17.50! Think it may be more expensive during the week.”

“Felt safe. Nice to have a kitchen and lounge. Nice that it was closed to outsiders because of the code to get in. Property manager and cleaning staff were very nice. Convenient that luggage could be left in the lounge after checkout. Comfortable bed. Good price in a great location. I would go back”

“Needs to say that you have to pay a deposit with a credit card, which we didn’t have, so had to put a big deposit on our Visa card, which could then affect peoples trip”
