“We had an enjoyable stay. Close proximity to the beach with plenty of space. Appliances were good and the place was very clean. Recommend spraying for mosquitos following the recent rain and storms as they were very prevalent under the house. ”

“We chose to Harbor Island for our annual family beach trip and we’re so glad we did! The house was right on the beach! We brought beach chairs and a tent, but when the tide comes in you barely even have room for them you are so close! We saw dolphins every day mostly at sunrise and sunset time. We loved the island and the huge community pool! The house was spacious and the kitchen was well stocked! The only negatives were the prickly spurs in the yard. We were unable to walk the dog in the yard...

“The property had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group and it was so convenient to the beach. Property manager was easy to work with and very responsive when we called about issues. A handyman fixed 3 wobbly barstools and tried to fix the sliding glass door that had a big gap. A handful of lightbulbs need to be replaced along with smoke alarm batteries. They were taking care of all of that, but then we discovered bedbugs. They quickly called a pest control company that discovered all...

“Enjoyed our stay. House was plenty big for sure. There was 6 of us and a dog. All worked out extremely well! Great location to everything! Only suggestion, consider some new living area furniture. Was a bit out dated, chairs and couch uncomfortable. ”

“Great views of ocean including dolphins surfacing frequently. Had minor issue but communication was easy and issue was resolved quickly. We walked 5K loop several times on sidewalks, low-traffic roads, and retaining wall next to ocean. Deer near roads seem tame. Good restaurants including Seaside Grill (Wednesday shrimp night) and Beedos (Vegan smashburgers) within 20 minute drive.”
