“The location is awesome however, the interior of the property could use some updates and TLC. It made us nervous about what we may be charged for since so many things were broken, scuffed, or stained and it was apparent they hadn’t been appropriately addressed. The house was overall clean upon arrival but did have an odd fishy smell and the upstairs kids loft smells very strongly of urine and pets. The pool was great but with all the trees surrounding the backyard, the water and surrounding area...

“The property is just as advertised, very clean and well maintained. Having a golf cart available as part of the rental was wonderful. What really made this an exceptional experience was the considerate and responsive host. So many thoughtful touches throughout the cottage: lots of fluffy towels, make-up mirror, extra pillows, well equipped kitchen, cable tv, and a welcome basket of snacks and wine. Tracie went the extra mile to answer any questions, and even sent maps of the best fishing spots....
