“The condo was within walking distance of everything - close to the Capital Hill area and walking distance to Pike Place City Market. We even walked to the Space Needle. Condo was as pictured and worked well for our stay. Host was very responsive to any communications. We would stay here again. Only cons are that the internet was sketchy, the bathroom could use updating, and host didn't allow us to check out one hour late. All minor, but that is why we gave overall 4 vs 5 stars.”

“Overall, the condo is great. Excellent location, secure parking, spa and pool, safe and convenient. It’s well appointed with comfortable beds, clean and fully equipped kitchen, and en-suite laundry. It’s bright and airy with a lot of paintings. However, we could only give it four stars as much maintenance is needed: burned out lightbulbs, loose handles on bathroom tap, wobbly chairs (easily remedied with simple tools), loose carpeting. “Great location, amenities, and host (extremely communicative and overall pleasant to talk to). Close to monorail, light rail, and a bunch of bus routes! Location felt super safe and there is an excellent doughnut shop just a few feet from the apartment’s entrance - can’t be beat!”

“The property was in the basement of a house centrally located in Ballard. It was very clean and well-appointed. The only thing is you can hear the owner walking around upstairs in the house very early in the morning. Otherwise, it was a great stay, and I would recommend it if you are staying in that area of Seattle. ”

“The location was great and it was very comfortable. The hot tub was not working, which was a bummer, and there was a car parked in our spot. Other than that we had a wonderful time and would stay again!”

“Ideal location and beautiful views. Clean and comfortable. Made for a very nice visit. Two downsides - balcony wasn’t available as door was permanently locked. Also the fireplace advertised in posting was not functional. When we messaged the host, she ignored the messages and didn’t acknowledge either one. Point is, if the balcony and fireplace aren’t available please don’t advertise them - or at least make your guests aware when booking so they aren’t disappointed to find out later. Other than...

“We had an incredible stay! We didn’t rent a car, so the location was perfect for walkability! Great communication with our host, including recommendations for food. And the beds were fabulous—lovely linens and super comfy. We’ll definitely be back!”

“Though the bed was a bit on the firm side, I found great rest on the pull out after testing the bed. The location was great and getting to and from the convention center was a 12 dollar lyft ride away. The place was beautiful with a great view of the city, and I would highly recommend thos listing for anyone looking to stay in the busy area of Seattle. ”

“This is a great spot for a weekend getaway. Feels safe and clean, and the pool was a great extra amenity. Only dock in “star review” for cleanliness was there were 5 or 6 stink bugs and a spider around the condo in various places. Could just be seasonal! Otherwise great place to stay. ”
