·Located in Harbor Springs, Michigan - Trout Creek offers condos situated on 150 acres with many onsite amenities including;
•stocked fishing ponds
•pools & hot tubs | indoor and outdoor
•tennis and pickleball courts
•hiking trails | snowshoe & CC ski 🎿

·Trout Creek is surrounded by golf courses and located next to Nubs Nob (1 mile) and Boyne Highlands (2.5 miles) ski resorts.
•Complimentary shuttle to Nubs Nob

I live locally and am available, if needed. Please reach out on your booking platform should something arise.

-Access to entire condo, minus 1 locked supply closet.
-Access to resort amenities

-Located in Building #3, Unit #19 is a lower level condo w/2 bed, 1 bath plus vanity in bedroom
-Sleeps 5+ | 1 queen bed in main bedroom plus trundle in bedroom 2 (full/twin). There is a sleeper sofa, ideal for children [or small adults who understand this is not going to be as comfortable as a real bed] in living area if you overflow beyond 5 guests. Please inquire with the correct guest count to ensure correct linen placement.

-Full bathroom with 1 person jacuzzi tub/shower plus second vanity in bedroom.
-Private patio w/view of stocked pond and ski resort lights
-Keyless entry
-Short walk to the fitness center and pools
-This is a lower unit with potential for some expended noise from above
-Reserved parking for 1 car, additional parking available, including trailers.

🐾 We do welcome pets, upon approval with paid fee and deposit. Please inquire when booking.

•The association requires you to fill out additional paperwork beyond the booking platform once you arrive at the resort. This is required in order to obtain parking passes.

-Free shuttle to Nubs Nob on the weekend during peak ski season. See shuttle schedule
-Parking space for 1 car, parking pass required
-Overflow parking available on site

•Please keep in mind there is potential for road noise and guests at the pond outside of condo
•This is a lower unit, potential for noise above

If you book on VRBO/HomeAway or directly, we can not refund booking or processing fees, regardless of the time frame booked.

POOL INFORMATION
Fitness Center Pool: Currently OPEN until 11:00pm
Conference Center pool: Opens on Saturday, May 25, 2024 until 10:00pm throughout the Summer.
Outdoor Pool: Re-opens June 1, 2024 for the Summer and will be open until 9:00pm nightly

Ski Trip w/teens
Annual ski trip w/2 teen boys. Loaction was super easy for load/unloading with food, bags & equipment for 4. Being next to the hot tub after a long day of skiing/baording was extremely convenient. The condo was vey nice & had everything needed. Overall our stay was amazing & would rent again.

No water or parking
When we first arrived notice on door that said boil only for water. That continued our entire two week stay. Next thing they were working on our parking lot the entire time. They took concrete up and then resurfaced. All of this work had been scheduled for a long time but no one told us. We understood that all of the property owners knew. We were promised a portion of our money back but 2 months later nothing.

Very nice week in the UP!
The condo is just as described. Plenty of room for our family. The extra beds in the second bedroom would be very handy for those with more children. It is a lower level condo and we did hear our upstairs neighbors. The first half of our stay wasn’t bad, but the last part was a very loud group of guys. We could hear their loud yelling while playing cards, thumping music, slamming doors. HOWEVER, after one night of this I reached out to the host when it started the second night and she acted immediately to remedy the situation. Someone from the resort was there quickly and spoke with them and it was quiet the rest of our stay. Crystal is a very attentive host and I would definitely rent from her again. Location in the resort is phenomenal, across the street parking lot from the indoor pool and hot tub, and the pickle ball courts and outdoor pool very close by. Close to Harbor Springs and Petosky and an easy drive to Mackinaw. Loved our stay!

We enjoyed are stay in Harbor Springs. We came up for a ski weekend, and our rental was very close to the ski hill. We had great communication with the host. We will definitely be back.

Another wonderful stay
We've stayed at the Trout Creek condos 5 years in a row and have had a wonderful time each year. We love the trails and the proximity to Nubs and the Highlands. The condo was clean and well equiped.

Cute Condo perfect for a ski trip!
This condo is a stones throw from both Nubs nob and Boyne Highlands. There’s tons of cute restaurants in nearby downtown Petoskey (highly recommend Pour) and a nearby bowling alley. We visited to take our kids skiing at Nubs (one of the few in Northern Michigan offering childcare) over their spring break. We had a blast! The condo was very comfortable and we enjoyed the fireplace. The pool/hot tub and workout room is within walking distance of this unit which was a nice perk! Check in was smooth and our host was very gracious and communicative. We had a blast! Thank you Crystal for sharing your lovely condo!!

Perfect Ski Weekend
My family of four stayed at the condo for a long ski weekend. It was great for us, with plenty of room to spread out, good internet speed and a well stocked kitchen. Crystal was very responsive to all of our questions. After skiing we all enjoyed the hot tub and the kids especially liked the outdoor pool. We would definitely book again.

Great stay!!!
Crystal is awesome to work with! Very accessible. No problems there. Responds to questions quickly. The condo is exceedingly clean and very cozy. Decorated very nicely. Having a washer and drier is a huge plus. Beds are comfortable. We had 4 people there and didn't feel crowded at all. Location is excellent. Nubs Nob shuttle runs thru there regularly and it's a quick drive to the highlands. Will definitely try to stay here again. Maybe in the summer for mountain biking and fly-fishing! Thanks Crystal!!!

Stay at Trout Creek - Unit 19
Trout Creek is a very pleasant place. It's peaceful and serene which is what I needed - to unwind and detach. The condo was very clean and well maintained. There were two minor issues: 1) We tried to light the fireplace by following the instructions, but it would not light and maybe there was something that we were doing wrong. 2) Check out times should be consistent. The website stated 11:00 a.m checkout and we were told by the host that check-out was 10:00 am. However, the host indicated we could check-out at 11:00 a.m. when she realized that there was a discrepancy on the website. Overall - wonderful experience! Very Peaceful! Condo is beautiful and well maintained.
