“Even if the first impression was good, Service was bad in everything. We stayed three night and always found beds undone and room not cleaned. The first day the breakfast was decent and sufficient, the coming days we couldn’t find even a yogurt... and only after arguing with the receptionist, who said they were finished, he came back with two full boxes! Not right! In general, place and room were fine with very comfortable mattress. I would come back hoping to find a better service next time....

“Our family of 3 has stayed at the Rodeway Inn three times in 2024 (October, November, and December). With season passes to HersheyPark, we visit often from Baltimore and in the past have stayed at multiple different hotels mostly in Harrisburg to save money. “The front desk was very kind. We had to change the room because it wasn't cleaned after the last occupant used it! The second room was not so clean anyway. Bad mattresses were old and uncomfortable: please replace them!!! The bathroom vacuum cleaner was so noisy... The swimming pool was clean and it's a plus if you have time and the weather is right.”

“Great staff. Excellent communication. Room very nice. Clean. Spacious. New remodel. Modern farmhouse decor feel. The single issue I had was the loud heating system right next to my bed in my room. I got very little sleep and it put a big dent in my otherwise lovely stay. I had adjoining rooms with my son and grandkids, and it did not bother my son at all. Same sound in his room.
