“The room is very spacious and clean”

“There was no parking available as event on at weekend but there was places outside which weren’t used in the over night which could of been used The bathroom was very outdated cracked tiels on the floor on more than one tiel Sink was blocked The bath was all blk mould round not a pleaseant stay”

“Had to cancel our trip due to a medical emergency and flight cancellation. Contacted all hotels we had booked—five refunded us without issue. Even Ryanair did. Cairn Hotel was the only one that flat-out refused, no empathy, no flexibility, not even a partial credit. I explained everything, even pleaded—but they just hid behind their “policy.” I could’ve paid more for the flexible rate, but budget was tight. Shame, because we were really looking forward to staying. Very disappointing experience.”

“I did not like the fact that while I did not book with free breakfast, I was still charged for my coffees in the restaurant. You would think someone staying in one of the Penthouse suites would at least get free coffee in the restaurant.”

“Staff were very helpful at reception and in the restaurant. Lovely breakfast and plenty of choice. Food was also very good. Would recommend to friends.Our room was very small and wardrobe was not tall enough to hang clothes.”
