“We were apprehensive as this was our first VRBO experience but this home was even better in person than the pictures conveyed! It had everything we needed to host our 2 sons and their girlfriends for a great football weekend. The neighborhood was extremely quiet except for the ice cream truck that came down the street Saturday afternoon ! We would definitely look to stay here again. ”

A few minor suggestions: Water pressure is low, we did not see a kayak (could be due to storm but it would have been helpful to know ), a cookie sheet would be helpful in the kitchen, and we did not have laundry detergent to start towels when we left this morning. “Our group had 3 adults and 4 kids and we were comfortable. There were plenty of space to sleep and lounge around. The back deck is also a lovely spot for morning tea or evening relaxation. The cottage is a short drive into town, Toccoa Falls, and nearby restaurants. It is obvious that the family host put a lot of love and care into the cottage. We especially appreciated the thoughtfulness of the host family offering to show their farm animals to our kids. Overall, it was a memorable experience!”

“This property is nestled in a quiet old neighborhood. Play corn hole in the tree lined back yard, or brush up on your knowledge of the 60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s with Trivial Pursuit, or watch the games on the enormous big screen in the reclining couch. The property is clean, has toiletries and towels waiting, and is a short drive to nearby Clemson area restaurants, campus, downtown, and Death Valley. “Close to Seneca and Clemson University. Go Tigers!! This house is very spacious and well appointed for large groups of people. It is still early in the season so they were not quite ready for us. The pool, hot tub, wi-fi, televisions were not operational. There was no communicaiton sent to us about any of these none working items. Without notice, a tech was sent to the property (our first morning) to attempt to get the Wi-Fi up and running, however, the passwords are with the home owner...

“We had booked our stay for vacation time for my husband and I, with family gathering later in the stay to celebrate 3 birthdays. Then Hurricane Milton started heading towards us and we decided to evacuate. Luckily, the cabin was available and our Host worked with us, making our evacuation a calm and pleasant stay. The cabin was decorated for Halloween/Fall and was comfortable for just the two of us and for the group of us. We made wonderful memories @ Camp Tugaloo celebrating 3 family...

“The house is absolutely beautiful! Very spacious and matches the pictures. The dock was really enjoyable and even included a large foam mat for chilling at the lake. Our only problems surrounded the wifi, which wasn't working well the whole time. We immediately messaged the host when the wifi wasn’t working. While the host was responsive and friendly, they didn’t really offer much help. It is mentioned that the wifi was spotty on the listing, but it ended up affecting our ability to play music...

“We had an amazing week staying here. We rented a boat from Harbor Light Marina and loved that we could use the dock to tie up to. The dock is situated in a quiet cove. The house comes with a bunch of water equipment you can use, but we brought our own stuff, so didn't really have the need for it. The lake is busy on the weekends & holidays, but M-F it's quiet. Only ever saw 2 other boats out when we were out. The house is stocked for what you may need. Owners are very responsive. Didn't have any...
