“Had a lovely nights stay - very comfortable bed, lovely size room with everything we could want. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, fresh fruits and lots of biscuit in the room which was extremely clean. “Hotel and grounds lovely, very peaceful. I booked a table for the 1762 menu and when we sat down to dinner we were told it was not available. I made a huge mistake booking the wrong dates to visit the follies i had even enquired at the hotel but they failed to mention they were not open on the dates i booked. Staff were great though especially Dominica xx ”

“Although a 3* Hotel, the service we received was more in keeping with a 5*. Our room was clean, free of dust and mould, loved the decor. The swimming pool was a huge attraction for my grandchildren and we were able to continue using the facilities after we had officially checked out. Food was well presented and good sized portion. ”

“Have stayed here before for work, property is convenient with breakfast and evening meal included in the price. Options in the restaurant for evening meal are pretty good, but it is cafeteria style. No irons available for the rooms, but there are areas with irons and boards available. Rooms are generally okay but some areas where it is getting tired or damaged.”

“Another comfortable stay whilst visiting my parents in the village. It’s a beautiful property ideal for walks around the area whilst offering home comforts and a great breakfast. I always have a great night sleep and the bathroom facilities are really modern. Customer Service just needs to be a little more personable as I stay here quite regularly and they haven’t yet realised with the ‘welcome to me back’ however it’s perfect for my family.”
