“Very bad service, you can see the place is new and the staff is not train as a 4 star hotel. The service is of a 3 star hotel, I had few problems as waiting 1 hour to get gluten free bread. The bread was contaminated with gluten and so we felt sick afterwards( we are gluten intolerant) , if the guest was Celiac could have be very dangerous. Than at the check out the receptionist asked us to pay again, even though the reservation was already paid we lost half an hours before she realized she...

Our hosts are very friendly and it doesn’t feel like a commercial hotel, with a lot of personal attention coming from them throughout our stay. It’s a great base to be at while you explore the surrounding city of Tongeren. I would recommend it to anyone wishing to experience authentic Belgian hospitality. ”

“Colazione con ampia scelta sia per quanto riguarda la parte salata che dolce e di ottima qualità, la migliore colazione di tutto il nostro viaggio. Anche la brasserie è ottima sia per la merenda che per la cena, anche se la scelta di piatti locali è un po’ limitata. All’arrivo siamo stati accolti da una signora che parlava un buon italiano. La camera è spaziosa e confortevole con due letti veramente separati.”
