“The place is not clean,has a bad smell and is noisy. We were told that we'll have to move to another smaller room oh Saturday. We decided to check out on Saturday even though we booked for two nights. There's big cockroaches too”

“Will never stay there again. Aircon was not working, did not even make an effort to help with the room being cold. Had to sleep with a jacket, as there are not even extra blankets in the room. The bed was not made with a lot of effort, my 10year old cousin would do it better. The breakfast was horrible, food was raw, had to send it back, had to ask for juice and glass and we still waiting for it. Being 6 friends, where 4 of us are in travel we will never send our customers there. Someone...

“Upon arrival after being told I could not cancel There were bugs flying, no AC , pool dirty absolutely not as described. I refused to stay and was promised to get 4/5 nights refunded . I could not stay there and the description was truly not what was shown. ”

“Camera pulita ed ampia, personale molto disponibile, navetta disponibile a pagamento, colazione discreta, la piscina è stata trasformata in vasca per pesci. Avevamo prenotato una camera senza vista giardino (per una sola notte non ci serviva), non era però specificato che la vista è sul corridoio interno: le uniche finestre e la porta- finestra d'entrata davano sul corridoio d'ingresso delle camere, con luce accesa tutta notte (e tende non oscuranti) e rumore di altri clienti fin dal mattino...
