“The mandatory bell service is very annoying. Both arriving and leaving, we were in a rush (arriving because we were only staying one night and wanted the kids to experience the pool) and leaving because I had just found out my dad was close to passing and I needed to get to the airport asap. Both times, we had to wait on the darn bellman with the dolly, which really upset me. Guests should have the option to take up their own luggage. It’s really offensive that this is not an option.
