2 Bdrm Villa sulla spiaggia e 6 posti letto con letto matrimoniale

Spaziosa villa con 2 bagni, 2 bagni con veranda completamente chiusa con splendide viste sulla laguna. La spiaggia è di ca. 200 metri dall'unità proprio alla fine dell'edificio. La nostra villa si trova anche tra le 2 piscine all'aperto e 1 delle diverse aree grill a pochi passi dalla porta. Abbiamo un wifi sicuro privato a tua disposizione insieme al complesso con sicurezza 24 ore su 24 e comunità recintata. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale con bagno padronale. La seconda camera ha 2 letti singoli. Il divano letto matrimoniale può ospitare altre 2 persone per un totale di 6 persone.
La cucina è dotata di frigorifero, forno a microonde, macchina per il caffè, tostapane e pentole e pentole / padelle, i piatti vengono forniti con alcune spezie di base se si sceglie di cucinare. Forniamo shampoo di avviamento, balsamo, sapone insieme a salviette di carta, carta igienica, sacchetti di immondizia, sapone per i piatti e detersivo per il bucato.
La Spa è incastonata tra Mitchellville Beach Park e Fish Haul Beach Park. Abbiamo 3 campi da tennis, 2 piscine all'aperto (aperte da aprile a novembre), 1 piscina interna riscaldata recentemente rinnovata, vasca idromassaggio e sauna secca aperte tutto l'anno. Vongole, gamberetti, ostriche, cozze e pesca sono tutti ammessi su questa spiaggia (è necessaria una licenza di pesca - disp. @ Walmart). Questa è una delle spiagge meno popolate dell'isola, quindi non è per niente sovraffollata. È anche un'ottima spiaggia per i bambini per fare castelli di sabbia, giocare in acqua. Adoro le passeggiate sulla spiaggia e guardare le 2 aquile calve che viviamo qui con noi e anche i delfini. Nota: non ci sono bagnini sulla nostra spiaggia.
Hilton Head Island è una prima comunità di resort. Ha 12 miglia di spiaggia oceanica, oltre 200 ristoranti, oltre 30 campi da golf, riserve naturali, parchi, negozi, minigolf e piste ciclabili. La pista ciclabile dell'isola si trova proprio fuori dal complesso. Ci sono anche molte compagnie di noleggio bici che consegneranno e ritireranno direttamente nel condominio. Savannah è a soli 45 minuti se vuoi fare una gita di un giorno.

Awesome stay on the NORTH side of Hilton Head
If you like sea life and aircraft this is the location for you. This property is located very close to the airport. The runway approach almost goes right over the property.If you love watching aircraft take off and land just set your chair up on the beach and enjoy. If you enjoy sea life, there is a plethora especially when the tide is low. The property itself was perfect-clean newly updated, on the ground floor. The outdoor pool located right as you exit the beach was perfect for rinsing off and cooling off after spending the day on the beach. This property - highly reccomend.

Nice place but needs storm door fixed with deadbolt. Dishes were not completely clean upon arrival. Really enjoyed our stay otherwise.

Ride Hilton Head
Nice condo near beach (wish that was a little clearer thought we would be closer to beach). Overall served purpose for trip, bicycle ride event of the island. Like it was gated security patrolled property. Little odd no beach towels, not a big deal. There was plenty of other beach gear if you wanted it. We use VRBO because we don’t like hotels and this property like most we frequent make it easy to continue going this path rather than hotels.

Excellent accommodations. Very quiet and great access to a semi-wild beach area which meant a not crowded beach as other public beaches in the area. Accommodations had all the necessary amenities. Indoor pool area well situated and controlled. We would stay again.

Tranquility / The Spa 1130 review
The place was as advertised, clean, very comfortable, spacious, set up very well. We have one in a wheel chair and this place worked pretty good for that with the hard floors, ramps to the beach and main floor / our room. Proximity to the beach was great, use of the pool / hot tub and grounds a bonus. This is a nice quiet location / not so many people, which we really liked compared to other areas of Hilton Head island. Responsiveness / communication from owner was great. Excellent value for the money. I'd definitely stay there again / highly recommend this place.

WE enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was as advertised. We have 2 observations that i think would be helpful for the owners. The 1st is that the futon sofa in the living room is totally uncomfortable to watch TV or just relax. It was impossible to find a comfortable way to sit and watch TV. The 2nd is the remote control situation for the TV doesn't work too well. There is only 1 set of controls for 3 tv"/'s . what is up with that?

Nice get away.
The beach is a very short walk from this first-floor, end unit, condo. The beach adjoins the wildlife area so it is less developed and more interesting than some other parts of the island. The mornings were a bit cool when I was there in Oct and the enclosed porch was a lovely place for a quiet cup of coffee. The beds were a bit soft for my taste but that was a minor point. The keyless entry was a big plus

A home base
Renting the property was relatively easy. The place was clean but in need of several cosmetic repairs. It didnt bother us too much as we basically only slept and showered there and didnt stay in the rental too much. We were gone most days exploring Hilton Head and other nearby beaches and Islands as the beach at the site is not a typical sandy beach that you could spend all day at. When the tide was low you are dealing with about 200 yards plus of mud flats with some sand at the edge. The tide pools were great as far as catching bait to fish with, but we went to other locations to fish and spend the day. If you are someone that likes to take walks, see the views and explore but not get in the water it is nice, uncrowded and laid back. But I had 2 17 year Olds wanting to fish and swim.

Property was fine for what we needed. Ac went out our first night but owner was very responsive in getting that fixed the next day. Overall cleanliness could improve. The longer we stayed the more we found. Not on owner more on cleaning company. Decor was dated as well as overall condo but not a big deal as we didn’t stay in the room much. Location was the key to our stay. First building off the beach provided a quick 2 minute walk to the beach. First floor is a plus. Overall would stay again

Lovely stay
Clean and well stocked with basic supplies, quiet location, management available for communication when needed, giant tv and bed in one of the rooms! Beach very close, but more for collecting shells and watching the sunset(perfect for me!) The Beach for enjoying waves & swimming i recommend folly field 10 min drive away $1/hr parking. Pristine! Will definitely stay here again.

Mother’s 81st Birthday
This condo is in the perfect location for a nice quite getaway! It is with a 1 minute walk to what seems like a private beach. Every morning we took an hour long walk along the beach as we drank our coffee. Restaurants and shipping within. 10 min drive. Owners were very responsive for a couple of questions we had during our stay. The only constructive comment is that some of the rooms could use some updating but is was clean and exactly what is shown online. The family had a great tiIme, thanks!!

Perfect Beach Getaway!!
