“Aside from the hotel losing our stroller at checkin somehow and not replacing it when we left our time spent was great. The place was clean and the offer golf cart rides to get around seeing as things can be spaced out. The breakfast buffet was mediocre at best and tough for picky eaters. Much at the waterpark was good and diners were the best. Wok wok and spacewalker were fantastic. Wok wok was all excellent and spacewalker get the short rib. You won’t be sorry. “Seconda vacanza in questa struttura, dopo un primo viaggio non proprio entusiasmante abbiamo deciso di riprovarci ma purtroppo abbiamo trovato un resort completamente allo sbando. Mangiare pessimo in tutti i ristoranti. Servizio pessimo (se non dai mance sei praticamente invisibile). Animazione quasi inesistente e concentrata solo nella lobby, zero ambiente zero glamour. Beach club in totale abbandono, sdraio ammassate materassi rotti, zero manutenzione. Unica cosa degna di nota i giardini....

“We came here 4 years ago and it used to be such a great resort that we decided to return. However, it Was such a big disappointment. The staff were rude and not friendly. You couldnt even get someone to serve you in the evening at the bar (even though we were tipping a lot each time). The food was so horrible and got food poisoning on 3rd day, food was stale with very limited options. One of the worse vacations thus far despite the large price tag of the trip. Do not recommend at all! ”
