Situato a 1,6 km a nord di Holetown, di fronte al Royal Pavilion Hotel, sulla famosa costa occidentale e vicino a splendide spiagge (200 m) e a breve distanza da una vasta selezione di negozi, bar e ristoranti. 5 Porters Court è una lussuosa camera da letto 2 con bagno en-suite villa con avvolgente veranda, ampio soggiorno open space, cucina ben attrezzata e parcheggio privato adiacente alla villa. L'affascinante villa è costruita nel tradizionale design della casa chattel con alti soffitti in pino in salamoia. La zona giorno ha due serie di porte francesi che si aprono su una veranda avvolgente (con barbecue a gas) per mangiare all'aperto e rilassarsi. La villa è dotata di aria condizionata in tutto.

Porters Court è un esclusivo complesso recintato di 8 ville di lusso con piscina comunale e patio con sedie a sdraio e ombrelloni. Le ville sono situate all'interno di bellissimi giardini tropicali ben curati. No. 5 ha un'ottima posizione proprio accanto alla piscina.

La villa è dotata di appartenenza all'esclusivo Fairmont Royal Pavilion Beach Club, a cinque minuti a piedi dalla proprietà. Questo offre agli ospiti l'accesso gratuito a lettini e ombrelloni e l'uso del bar sulla spiaggia e delle strutture sportive acquatiche a proprie spese. Il famoso ristorante Lonestar è anche a circa 5 minuti a piedi come sono due bar sulla spiaggia.

La nostra governante visiterà tre giorni alla settimana. Offriamo a tutti gli ospiti un pacchetto di benvenuto in omaggio con tè, caffè, succo d'arancia, latte, uova, pane, burro, frutta, birra e vino, così potrete rilassarvi immediatamente e godervi la vostra vacanza. Il nostro gestore di proprietà sull'isola è sempre disponibile ad aiutare. Possiamo anche organizzare trasferimenti aeroportuali e organizzare il noleggio auto.

Exceptional property
Our family of three stayed in 5, Porters Court and had a wonderful stay. The accommodation is outstanding with a peaceful immaculate pool area to relax in and cool off. Porters Court is in a great location with easy access to the beach within 2 mins with the added bonus of beach passes allowing use of the bar and sun lounges. A short walk down the beach is the Lone Star, Jumas and Ju Ju’s. Veronica the housekeeper visits 3 times a week leaving the villa beautifully clean. After a long flight the welcome pack is a nice touch. It is easy to communicate with Tracy the owner and Kerry the manager we would not hesitate to use this villa again in the future.

Beautiful Property
Luckily for us we found this property online. The excellent reviews could not be ignored and, as we knew the area, we decided to book, we had only ever stayed in hotels previously. We were so glad we did and can’t honestly ever see us booking anywhere else when we return. The villa is spotlessly clean and maintained to the highest standards, the quality of the furnishings are excellent. A substantial welcome pack is provided on arrival which is lovely and means you don’t have to immediately rush out to purchase anything. Veronica , the housekeeper, is a little gem, A couple of very minor issues were ironed out immediately by the management company. The property is ideally placed for the bus stop so you can easily get into Holetown and beyond. Don’t have any hesitation in booking this property, it really is as good as it looks, we will be back as soon as we can.

Perfect Palm Cottage
We feel most fortunate to have been able to spend a week in peaceful surroundings and superb accommodation in number 5 Porters Court. Such a perfectly equipped property, everything so cleverly thought of. Newly modernised showers, the most comfortable bedding and spotlessly clean. Access to Fairmont Beach Club a bonus, a great location, what more could you wish for!

Superb house, loved everything
We researched a holiday home in Barbados and chose this and have no regrets, it was superb. Much bigger on the inside than we expected. Beautifully clean, tastefully furnished and fantastic location. Tracy, the host, was incredibly helpful and answered any queries immediately. Veronica the house keeper takes great pride in her work and it was a treat to come back to find the house so beautifully clean and tidy. Kerry, the property manager was also on standby and helpful The house has everything you need and was well stocked with kitchen utensils, tea and coffee, a welcome pack in the fridge, beach towels, books, games, amazon fire stick on the TV.... The pool was lovely, clean and quiet and we took advantage of the passes for the beach club at the Royal Fairmont, which was a fantastic beach club. Overall an amazing holiday and we'd love to come back in the future.

Lovely Villa 5 mins to beach
Lovely quiet two bedroom villa in Porters being only a 5 min walk to the fabulous beach, bars and the famous Lone Star restaurant. The villa was spacious and cleaned to perfection 3 times a week by the lovely Veronica and the villa also had its own private parking space which was great as we had hired a car. The kitchen was very well equipped and made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The communal pool and loungers were a nice touch however we enjoyed the beach club so much we didn’t really use the pool during our stay! The only slight detraction for us was the close proximity to our neighbours verandah however this wouldn’t put us off returning in the future.

A great stay at Porters Court.
We just loved our stay at Porters Court. Tracy gave us lots of helpful information before we arrived and everything we could possibly need was there - beautifully cool and comfortable patio, very short walk to the beach, easy access to local buses (great fun), a pool and, as an extra bonus, lovely Veronica who came three times a week to clean, change the towels and generally look after everything.

Beautiful Porters Court
I cant say enough about Porters Court a small gated community of 8 villas in beautifully landscaped tropical gardens and communal pool. There are times when travelling to Barbados you find a gem of a place and No 5 Porters Court is one of those places.The villa is beautifully modernised with quality decor, modernised walk in showers with everything you need in the kitchen and air conditioning throughout. The villa is extra special with beach club membership to the Fairmont Royal Pavilion Beach Club a 5 minute walk across the road, includes free sun beds and umbrellas on the stunning Alleynes beach. A short walk away is JuJus Beach Bar and the Lone Star restaurant. A particularly lovely touch after a long flight to Barbados and your too tired or its too late to go to supermarket is the welcome pack, bread, butter, milk, juice, fruit, eggs, beers and especially the rum punch, all very much needed after a long journey to sit and relax on the gorgeous Veranda with the pool just ouside the front door and sun beds. Veronica visits 3 x a week to clean the villa, and Kerry the manager is always on hand should you need her. Tracey the owner has been excellant in her communication before and after our stay, nothing is too much trouble. Thank you Tracey.

Beautiful villa in a fabulous location.
5 Porters Court was perfect in every way. It is set in a small development with 7 other villas. No 5 has direct access to the pool. The pool was always very quiet. The villa, gardens and pool were immaculate. The welcome pack had everything you could possibly need on day 1, including a large bottle of rum punch! Kerry the property manager was lovely as was Veronica the housekeeper. Tracy, the owner was very responsive to my emails. I would absolutely HIGHLY recommend Tracy’s villa to anyone looking for a fabulous 2 bedroom villa on the West Coast of Barbados.

An Amazing Experience!
An amazing stay in an all-round excellent villa! Our family of 3, 2 adults and a 10 year old child spent 15 unforgettable nights nights at 5PC and we can not say enough good things about our Barbados summer holiday. The villa is centrally located in a small gated community, 2 minutes away from one of the best beaches on the island, where the use of deck chairs and umbrella comes with the use of the villa, as the owner pays for a membership at the beach club there. General location is also excellent, bus stop just outside of the court, plus the villa has its own parking spot, if renting a car. The owner and host, Tracy has been great, with excellent communication and provision of information from the moment we made the booking till the very end. Same goes to the cleaner who visited three times a week and the property manager, thank you, both! We highly recommend the villa and will definitely book again! Thank you!

PERFECT STAY
The photos don`t do the property justice. We had a lovely relaxing stay in a great cottage style property. The pool was right outside the patio area and Tracey provided everything that was needed during our hols, from beach towels to the lovely Veronica who kept the place in tip top condition. There was only two of us but the cottage would comfortably accommodate four. Thanks Tracey, will be back

Porters Court Paradise
As a guest you get the complete sense of being in Barbados. The property truly reflects its location which was important to us. The warmth shown to us by the owner, Tracy, the property manager, Kerry and our housekeeper, Veronica was so welcoming. There was easy access to the beach (a 5 minute walk down a private path). The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped with everything needed to move right in and easily adjusted air conditioning as required. We particularly appreciated the pool just outside the door for that "end of the day" swim. All of the property has been modernized and is very well maintained. There is a well stocked small supermarket that is walking distance down the road. We purchased most of what we needed there. We have no hesitation in reccomending this property to anyone looking for a place to launch their "Barbados Experience"

Amazing all round - very highly recommended
I booked the property after looking extensively online at a lot of other similar properties. It surpassed my every expectation and more. I had 10 lovely nights here and it was comfortable, well located and nothing was of any fuss from the property management and owner; amazing service all round and I would recommend this as a perfect and peaceful setting for anyone looking for a comfortable and easy villa on the West Coast. Palm Cottage 5 at Porters Court is perfectly located for access to the beach, shopping and dinning.
Porters Court is a well maintained block of cottages directly across from the beach. Palm Cottage 5 provides access to the Fairmont’s Beach Club for your beach chairs, food and drink. You don’t need to go anywhere but it is also in a perfect starting point to explore Barbados. A perfect experience!

The place to be!
Our stay at Porters was excellent. From the beach access (2-3 min walk max) to the property itself which was cozy and very comfortable. The property is very well decorated and gave us a feeling like we’re home. The pool is 5 steps away from the property and my kids and us enjoyed taking swims and playing. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. Special compliments to the most helpful cleaning staff who took care of us - great job and much appreciated. In terms of access to Holetown, Bridgetown etc we had no problems taking the bus as the property is located on the bus route. To any future guests, book this property now! You will not be disappointed. 5 stars all around. Our family thoroughly enjoyed everything about the place. If the opportunity ever arose again we would most definitely like to come back! Fabulous Holiday.
We just got back from a fabulous stay at Palm Cottage, Porters Court. The cottage has brilliant facilities, Ensuite Shower Rooms, Washing Machine & Dishwasher, A/C in each room and Wifi. The swimming pool was delightful but the highlight was the location. Right opposite The Royal Pavilion and Glitter Bay with some of the best beaches on the island, where we had exclusive access with the daily passes that come with the cottage. Holetown is only 5 mins by car and some of the best restaurants too. Overall it was fantastic, Thank you Tracy !

Excellent Holiday Experience
We have rented many houses on the west coast over the last years. 5 Porters Court has spoiled us for all future holidays. Tracy - the owner was a pleasure doing the booking process with and she provided us with very helpful information before we traveled and responded to any question we had. We arrived at 5 Porters Court one day late after a horrible journey. Everything was forgotten when we opened the door to our new home for the next two weeks. The villa looked absolutely beautiful and spotless. A welcome package was provided and much appreciated. You could tell that this home is being very well taken care of by both the owner and its wonderful housekeeper Veronica. Veronica does a fantastic job with the villa and having stayed at several beautiful houses in Barbados before, I can say without a doubt that this one was something else. The house has all the amenities you might need. The description is very accurate. We have absolutely no suggestion for improvement as everything was perfect. Perfect location
We loved the villa the location was perfect so close to the beach. Beach club was an added bonus being able to have chairs for the day. Lovely Villa
The villa is exactly as described - in very good condition with tasteful and comfortable furnishings. The membership of the beach club is great and we used it most days as the pool is a little small and sometimes busy with the guests from other villas. We would certainly visit again.

We have had a fabulous holiday in Barbados as usual , made all the better for staying in this beautiful villa ... it is exactly as described , exceptionally clean ,and very homely .. Tracy the owner and her house manager / cleaner in Barbados can’t do enough for you ... This is the second time I have stayed in this small gated community the location is perfect . I will be definitely holiday again in Tracy’s lovely villa ...
