“We had 18 hours in Addis Ababa and the Bentark hotel was a good central location to join our Tastes of Ethiopia tour and also close to the airport. The rooftop bar was also nice with live jazz and a good view. We had some confusion over a “roof charge” from the bar, and the bar manager came knocking on our door in the middle of the night, but otherwise the staff weee all great, airport transfers were very smooth and the room was clean.”

“I contacted the hotel in middle of the night to arrange airport transfer. They replied within 5 minutes & that gave me confidence that they look after their guests. Room was was spacious, nice and cleaned daily. I requested a room change and this was done without hesitation.
