Cozy Cabin Minutes from Raystown Lake / Allegrippis Bike Trails

If you're looking for a cozy family & friends getaway, boating on Raystown Lake or want to endeavor on a bike ride through some of the best mountain bike trails in America; our Cozy Cabin on top of Piney Ridge is the perfect setting for a memorable Central Pennsylvanian experience!

Our welcoming 4 bedroom, 2 bath Cabin will comfortably accommodate 6 guests (Rate includes up to 6 guests, $10 a day for each additional guest, up to 8 guests) while offering a gorgeous mountain top view. This recently renovated and fully furnished Cabin style home is in a perfect location to visit the following surroundings:

Allegrippis Trails: 4 Miles / 5 Minutes

Raystown Lake Recreation(Seven Points Marina): 5 Miles / 8 Minutes

Juniata College Campus: 7.7 Miles / 14 Minutes

Town of Huntingdon: 7.0 Miles / 14 Minutes
* Our town offers the perfect mixture of local business/cafes to corporate general stores for all your vacationing needs.

Lake Raystown Resort Lodge: 15 Miles / 19 Minutes

State College/Penn State University: 51.3 Miles / 54 Minutes

First floor features a Queen bed, 1 Bath as well as a Kitchenette complimented with glass door beverage refrigerator, sink, microwave and bar table. A lounge area with large flat screen Smart TV.
Second floor (main floor) offers 1 Queen bed, 1 Twin Trundle bed and 1 Bath. A fully furnished Kitchen and Living room with large flat screen Smart TV.
Spacious loft with 1 Queen bed and desk.
Bed linens and towels provided.

Enjoy the freshly poured concrete patio for a cook out on the propane grill.

Great stay
Enjoyed the accommodations. Very clean. Perfect for 3 couples. Had all the amenities needed, even some xtra coffee pods. Stayed over a weekend while visiting Penn state. Just wished we explored the area more. Next time.

A wonderful escape
We came to mountain bike and this was the perfect place to stay. Only 3 miles from the trails and the seven points area of the lake, the house had everything that we could have hoped for. Tastefully decorated with a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of places to sit down and relax, we will come back if we are ever in the area again.

Highly recommend
This is a lovely home with multiple sleeping options, a full kitchen and a half kitchen on the first floor. The kitchen was well stocked and all was clean. The area was quiet and lots of good outdoor seating space. Very high you recommend!

Cutest Cabin
We had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Cabin. Heather was an amazing host. She had Peanut Butter Meltaways there for a welcoming gift. The cabin is decorated so cute. I highly recommend staying here.

Sisters Trip
My sisters and I had a wonderful time staying at the Cozy Cabin Minutes from Raystown Lake! Heather is a wonderful host and very responsive! The cabin was the perfect size and met our needs during our visit with our aunt and uncle in Williamsburg. It was the perfect location, not far away from our family, the beds were so comfortable, the porch was amazing, especially just needing to get away in the peace and quiet of nature. I would highly recommend Heather's cabin, you won't be disappointed! We are planning a spring trip, so we will be sure to book this place again! Thanks again Heather, it was such a pleasure!

Excellent vrbo! Will stay again!
My family and some friends stayed at this cabin to attend a wedding at Stone Valley Estates (north of Huntingdon). This cabin is as advertised. Wonderful condition. Clean. Cozy. Comfortable. Nice areas to gather. Nice amenities. The ladies in the group loved the decor. Rustic farm house. Everything worked as advertised, no negatives to mention and we had no issues during our stay. Host is wonderful to work with and communicate with. A+ in our book. Will definitely stay again if the opportunity presents itself.

Cleanly and convenient
Beautiful, clean property. There was plenty of kitchen supplies to cook with dish and hand soap, trash bags and dishwasher detergent which was very thoughtful. There were plenty our towels, washclothes, and i saw extra blankets in the closets I had a question during our stay and the host texted back very quickly with an answer! Check in and checkout were a breeze. The home is located very close to a lake that we were able to rent a boat for the day! Our friends stayed on the lower level with their young child and they said it was very quiet down there despite us and our three older children moving around and playing games on the second floor which was very nice for staying up and playing board games after the kids went to bed. I would definitely recommend this property! Only caution i would lend is to be a little careful if taking a walk on the street. There were neighbors who had 2 large dogs unleashed that ran out at us when we were walking. The one who made contact and was jumping on us was friendly so there was no terrible ending , it just startled our kids and had the potential for a bad ending.

Loved it.
This was a great small house for our small weekend away. Very quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the gas firepit on the back porch. only minutes from the lake. Will definitely recommend this to anyone looking.

Cozy Weekend Away
Cozy Cabin was the perfect weekend away! We went with our family (adults only) to celebrate a birthday. The property was perfect for entertaining. The cabin was super close to Raystown Lake, which made it convenient to go boating for the afternoon. Cozy Cabin was decorated cute and meticulously clean. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. If you’re thinking of going, do it! 10/10 rating!! :) Thank you Cozy Cabin for the memories!

Beautiful stay
Everything about this stay was wonderful. The cabin is beautiful and clean. The property manager was very responsive in answering questions (we had a power outage due to a storm shortly after we arrived). We look forward to staying there again!

Very impressed!
What a great house! From the moment we walked into the house we could tell that someone was very intentional about the layout and design. The house was very clean and well stocked with all the supplies we needed for our stay. Heather’s communication was great and we had no issues whatsoever with the check in/out process. The house was located in a quiet residential area with only a short drive to the lake. If we come back to Raystown again, we’ll definitely be staying at this house!

Weekend with Friends at the Cozy Cabin
My wife and I and friends had a great time catching up and relaxing at the Cozy Cabin. The cabin was a perfect fit for our group of 6. The property was really nice, super clean, well appointed, as advertised. Enjoyed the outside deck quiet area. Definitely would return when looking at returning to the Raystown Lake area. Had an amazing relaxing weekend
The area is gorgeous and the property is beautiful. Three floors gave everyone ample space, the building's temperature control is fantastic, and there's a lot of indoor and outdoor relaxing areas. I very much reccomend it to anyone staying in the area!

Wonderful stay!
Property was as described. Very clean, beds are comfortable, plenty of room for us and another couple with rooms to spare. Nice kitchen and deck. My friend raved about the decor and look/feel of the house. I loved that we had two entrances, so we didn't have to go through the bottom level where my friends were staying...gave them their own private space. Close to town and Juniata College. I highly recommend!

Cozy cabin
Loved our stay, everything was perfect. Super clean, great beds, bedding, modern appliances and tvs, fast WiFi, awesome kitchen. Was too cold to use the outdoor spaces, but they were clean and inviting, which is unusual for rental cabins. Basement suite is super cozy and bright. Be aware that steps from main floor to lower level are steep and narrow, not a problem for us but could be for older adults and very young children. However, the cabin main floor be accessed without using those steps. Thanks Heather for a great stay!

Beautiful Cabin for a family vacation
We had a wonderful weekend at the Cozy Cabin! It was impeccably clean, nicely decorated and very cozy. Very close to mountain biking trails and 12 minute drive into Huntingdon. Heather has all the essentials! We loved our stay and will definitely be back!!

its a very nice cabin , easy to get to . booked this place for a penn state game, worked out great. about a 50 min drive. grilled out that evening and had a great fire. bring or pick up some firewood from the local vendors thanks
