“Place clearly had not been deep cleaned for a long time. Fan in shower was disgusting and the hood over the job was covered in grease - I cleaned half of it with products provided in 30 seconds. Also rest of place was very dusty”

“Generally great property but oddly there were only 2 of each bit of cutlery and crockery ( for 2 people for 2 days self catering) and only 1 cereal bowl so there was a need to take turns to eat breakfast. Water would suddenly get boiling hot when washing dishes which caught us unaware so ended up with a minor burn on the first day. Warning next to sinks would help. Also there were a fair amount of long black hairs on the floors in the bathroom and kitchen and some on the bed which we thought was...

“We enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful old building facing the seafront. It was nice to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day while sitting on the balcony or wrapped in a blanket at the start of a day, sitting in the rocking chair, sipping coffee and watching the day break. Check in was very easy and Debbie and Phil were quick to respond to our questions. Thanks for a great stay!”

“Convenient for town and free parking nearby. Beds were comfy but there were a few cleanliness issues especially in the Communal hallway. Lacked a few kitchen essentials and we were surprised to be expected to take our rubbish home. That’s simply not practical for most people! ”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment has a lovely beach vibe and has everything you need. The location is great - just across the road from the beach and close to Sandgate's coffee shops, pubs and restaurants. Nikki was very quick to respond to questions before we booked, and our dog really appreciated the welcome treats.”

“I have pictures of our disgusting dirty room with spider webs & uneven flooring. Smelly moldy rooms with wet stains on the walls and ceiling. The Wi-Fi didn’t work and neither did the TV. There was a tea kettle, but no tea or coffee. This looked nothing like the picture you showed!!! I would like my money refunded. I would not recommend this property to anyone! We slept in our clothes and couldn’t wait to get on the ship to shower and send our clothes to the laundry.”

"La camera arredata con lo stile Best Western e molto pulita. La disponibilità del portiere di notte che ha aperto a mezzanotte dopo la mia telefonata. Il check-in è garantito anche quando l'albergo è chiuso ma ho dovuto telefonare perché non esiste un campanello sulla porta esterna per gli ospiti che arrivano di notte.
