“Lovely big room (family suite), comfy beds, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, plenty of parking. The negative would be that the room looked very tired. The carpet was really badly stained which is very off putting and the Lino in the bathroom also had suspect stains around the toilet. Both could do with replacing. Still enjoyed our 1 night stay though and it wouldn’t stop us returning. ”

“We went to check in at 3pm but the room was not ready until 3.20pm. No dog welcome pack on arrival but after we asked they did provide it. Bed really comfortable, very quiet at night which was lovely. Breakfast was cold but it was tasty. Swimming pool lovely and warm but could do with an update. Lovely grounds and great area. Close to everything we wanted. ”

“Ideally placed for the New Forest, Southampton and Bournemouth, we stayed 1 night while visiting the New Forest. We were made to feel welcome, which instantly made us relaxed. The room was clean, well decorated, the bed was comfortable. The bed linen and towels felt luxurious. The weekend breakfast was excellent, we started with fresh fruit and yoghurt (cereals were also on offer) then had a full English which was cooked to perfection using good quality ingredients. ”
