“It was a lovely gated community , safe and serene surrounded by nature . A bit far from train station though if you don’t have a car . Harold wood station is 9 minutes drive where you can catch the Elizabeth Line . The only concern was that a fob should be given to long term guests to get in and out of the main gate , that was a hassle . Otherwise I would highly recommend this stay .”

“Very smart property. My bed was super comfortable and sheets crisp and clean. I thought there was a hot tub but there wasn’t. Bathroom needed more of a deeper clean like there was a huge dusty cobweb above the blind. We noticed lots of little flies in th kitchen area, but maybe they came in when the patio door was open… overall it was very nice. Communication with the management was excellent”

“We really enjoyed our stay in South London. The house was great and had everything we could possibly need. It was cosy and very comfortable. It would have been nice if there was a shower curtain in the upstairs, shared bathroom but that didn't present any difficult issues for us.The local area was just alright for us. “The home is absolutely beautiful, lots of natural light, stunning aesthetic. Communication with the property owner was incredible. Responded very quick. “We had an amazing time during our stay in London and this house was a huge part of it. We had 15 people and we all fit very comfortably with everyone having a bed and plenty of common space for everyone. The location is ideal for getting around and right in the middle of everything. “A bizarre experience… Wasn’t able to actually stay at this property as I never received check-in instructions from the host. Unfortunately the host read and ignored my messages and emails as well as communications from the property manager (they weren’t much help either), for reasons unknown. Luckily hotels.com stepped in and gave me a full refund + a voucher for compensation.”
