“Very kind staff. My only concern was that my room number was said aloud multiple times. Maybe it's not as widely though of as I expected, but that's a safety concern, even more so as a solo traveller. The location and price were great, super walkable.”

“It was very clean and comforting. It was quiet. I loved the help-yourself snack and drink bar...large selection of teas. The large jetted bathtub in my room was very relaxing. Self check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. There was no fuss and the property is lovely. The bed could have been a little more comfortable in the Santa Barbara room. Great selection of items for a continental breakfast. I will most definitely stay again. ”
