Beautiful finca in Inca, with beautiful mountain views.

The house has a beautiful garden equipped with outdoor furniture, and a pool where you can cool off, while relaxing on the sun loungers. In addition, for the little ones, we have a swing located in the garden. At the same time, you will find a barbecue at your disposal.

Its interior is large and bright. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes / cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The living room is spacious and cozy, also has satellite TV that will make you feel at home. It has 2 bedrooms with double bed (capacity for 4 people) and 1 bathroom (with shower).

It is located in the town of Inca, with a variety of supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants.

-As you know, in some areas there is a mandatory tax called ecotasa, used by public agencies for the preservation of the environment. In the Balearic Islands we must charge this rate to our clients, the amount is €2 per night and per person up to eight nights, from the ninth night onwards €1 per night and person will be charged.

The air conditioning is only in the dining room.

A good stay - with annoyances
To start with: the pool is great, the house a bit gloomy but more than OK. I'd have given that lot 4 stars; the kitchen and the bathroom however cost at least one if not 2 stars. Now: as someone already noted, it is hard to find the house without Google maps. But it is no easier with GM either! When the agency sends the location as a link that leads to a street view target, one is actually no wiser, since street view doesn't do directions. We were sent via Lloseta, but after the turn off from the main Road, the satnav was totally lost. This is not made any easier by the fact that Google names the street wrongly. We finally managed to make our way to Inca, phoned one of the emergency numbers and got a set of usable coordinates - also a photo of the entrance showing two adjacent gates, one of which now looks completely different. Since we had arrived on a Sunday, the keys were deposited in a key box. This is of course fine for introverts; others might be pleased to have someone who can tell them the things they need to know, but no one ever came. Now to the house itself. The bathroom is really tiny - not a problem, but if we'd still had a small child it would have been. Additionally, although this house is not at the 5-star end of the holiday market on Mallorca, it is still not exactly cheap, so a cracked handbasin and broken (and extremely ugly) base cabinet does not bring joy: Now I'll have to finish: be aware, the kitchen is extremely dark and there are no "normal" knives!

Ein schöner Aufenthalt
Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt. Inca liegt sehr zentral auf der Insel, so dass man von dort aus mit dem Auto schnell überall hinkommt. Die Finca ist sehr geräumig. Die Küchenausstattung ist eher bescheiden, aber die allernötigsten Tools sind vorhanden. Das Grundstück insbesondere die Pflanzen sind perfekt gepflegt, und der Pool ist sehr sauber. Dies liegt nicht zuletzt daran, dass der Eigentümer mindestens einmal täglich erscheint und sich um die Außenbereiche kümmert. Weiter unten auf dem Grundstück ist ein Hühner-Gehege, wo der Besitzer auch täglich vorbeischaut. Das Wasser im Pool war relativ kalt (September). Das Haus liegt nicht so einsam wie man von den Bildern her annehmen würde; links und rechts sind ebenfalls Fincas, und man hört und sieht auch gelegentlich die Bewohner durch die Hecke. Aber im wesentlichen hat man schon Privatsphäre auf dem Grundstück. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur verlief perfekt!

La villa est parfaite, calme,reposante, la piscine très bien et la vue de la terrasse est simplement magnifique ! La montagne, le jardin fleuri, le champ d'oliviers et l'odeur de jasmin... Je recommande !!!

Great Location but with Issues
Property nearly impossible to find without Google Maps, which doesn't work on my cell phone. Only found it after an hour driving around in the area with the help of 2 very friendly locals. Absolutely superb location with fantastic garden, pool and views, but property not as private as the pictures suggest as it's directly overlooked by a 2 story neighbouring house. Facilities listed include air conditioning and a hair dryer, neither of which were actually included. Also, washing maching was included but it is hidden in a small outhouse and we only found it as we were leaving! No guest guide at the property so no instructions on location/use of equipment, including where to find the WiFi password. Kitchen rather bit dingy and all appliances rather tired and worn out. Dishwasher old and rusty and falling to pieces. Freezer frosted up. Microwave rusty. Overall, about 6 out of 10. Without the garden, pool and views, 4 out of 10.

Underbar uteplats med utsikt över bergen
Lugnt och avskilt läge meden underbar uteplats som hade allt vi behövde. Inne är det mer spartanskt. Det finns det nödvändiga men ganska ont om tallrikar, glas och bestick. Det saknas myggnät och bara luftkonditionering i ett rum Vilket inte räckte för kyla ner sovrummen.

Ausstattung
Der erste Eindruck der Anlage war schön und wir haben den Pool intensiv genutzt. Leider war die Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Handtüchern sehr schlecht. Die Bratpfanne waren unbenutztbar und Bestecke und Gläser Schrott. Das Bad bzw. die Dusche waren marode und die Klimaanlage im Essbereich brachte insgesamt nicht die erforderliche Klimatisierung im gesamten Haus, speziell in den Schlafräumen. Insgesamt waren wir mit dem inneren des Hauses unzufrieden.

Finca mit schönem Blick auf das Tramuntana-Gebirge
Schöne Lage auf dem Lande. Zu Fuß sind gute Restaurants in Inca zu erreichen. Die Einrichtung der Finca könnte etwas erneuert werden. Schöner Pool, netter Besitzer (er hat uns Eier seiner Hühner geschenkt). Die Agentur ist sehr zuverlässig. Wir hatten einen entspannten Urlaub

Localisation idéale
La villa est très bien située pour visiter l'île, en pleine nature (attention chants des coqs et chiens environnants pour les pointilleux, vous êtes à la campagne!) et très proche d'Inca où l'on trouve tout ce dont on à besoin à moins de 5min. L'extérieur de la maison est ravissant, confortable et la vue magnifique. Pour ce qui est de l'intérieur, il demande à être rafraîchi et l'équipement est très basique par rapport au prix. L'agence est à notre écoute pour passer un bon séjour et s'adapte bien (arrivée à une heure tardive ne pose pas de problème). Juste un soucis de connexion au wifi qui n'a pas été résolu et pour lequel nous n'avons pas eu d'explication, rageant pour le prix de la location mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer de très bonnes vacances, l'île est magnifique et il fait bon vivre à Inca!
