“Terrible Breakfast, worse coffee. Can you believe they would reuse the keycard holder, it looked liked it passed through 100 hands. To make matters grosser, It looked as though they were refilling the little Shampoo bottles. The Bed was big and so was the TV. When my coworker checked into his room the bed was not made.”

“Rating the room 1 star. The room was spacious but bare because of the lack of seating. The room lacked basic amenities such as phone, Kleenex, iron, or hangers. Mattress and bedding were heavily stained. Floor appeared clean but was very sticky. The bathroom overall was very unclean and run down along with hair over all the towels and wash rags. Flies all over the lobby Lots of shady characters in and out all night and to top it all off the room had roaches!”

“We checked out early because we had a terrible experience at this hotel. There was a bad odor in our room and when we realized it was because someone had smoked in the room prior to our arrival and then reported it to the front desk we were told that we had waited too long even though we had been there less than two hours and there is a sign in the lobby saying it's a non-smoking facility. “Staff at this location was very kind. Room was dingy though. Saw a baby cockroach in the bathroom. Shower was dirty and peeling paint. Location made it inconvenient to get certain places. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.”

“The facility has 2 OTTIS Elevators. One has been out of service for a couple of weeks per manager on site. It was a nightmare getting up to the 6th floor and back down to the main level. wait time depending on time of the day was from 6 minutes to 14 minutes to get an elevator. And when you got on it was very crowed because people were getting on at any point and going up then back down or vice vers just to have a spot in the elevator. “The outlet fixtures were in poor condition. The pool was clean and the light fixtures in the pool were very poor All in all, the courtesy of staff was very friendly You get what you pay for and this was okay for what it was worth. I wouldn't mind staying here again.”
