“First of all, the info I got prior to renting the house was that the beaches were 0,5 and 0,6 mi from the beach. That was untruthful. the nearest beach is 2,5 km away. Next one 3,5 km away. “Very nice location for quiet stay in St.Martin. Rental Car is a must. Drive from the airport at rush hour (4 to 6 PM) will exceed a hour for just under 9 miles. Hostess Sabrina met us at the villa and provided an excellent tour of the property and advice on locations to visit. Check out was easy as well. AC is only in the bedrooms, Ceiling fans in all rooms though. Pool is very relaxing and a great place to soak up the sun! Kayak or use the water taxi to Pinel Island. Grad Case is about a 10...

“The villa was absolutely stunning! Pictures and videos don't do justice to this property, it was more beautiful in reality. Alexandria thought about everything you could need.
