“Neglected and noisy hotel. The curtains were stained with blood. There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. At 4 am the bathroom started making an intense noise, with a frightening vibration and at very high decibels. The lady at the reception refused to come and check the terrible noise. “Hotel was fine, but if they're to advertise a a free Continental breakfast at least do some minimum things like have tongs for the bagels. Have a toaster that works! ($40 at target would go along way). And maybe some decent plates and lids for the coffee cup.”

“We forget to Ask for room service, so room is not made up daily. We asked for handicap room and none were available. Plus we asked for a room with a walk in shower and the room only had a tub. The hotel was nice and the staff was pleasant. But they ended up having to give us additional add on's to make the room suitable for my husband to be able to get around. ”

“The area is looking pretty run down currently. The front desk staff was helpful. I got a voucher for parking across the street at Airlines Parking and that was useful. I accidentally booked an accessible room and it was pretty outdated though clean. The hotel needs some work regarding design and general upkeep inside but my room was clean and the bed was super comfy for a good nights sleep.”

“The hotel is really good, with clean rooms and comfortable bathrooms. It has a very well structured gym with a great pool near it. Surely a great hotel where to stay and relax!”

“Outside in the back of the property, a group of cars were having a tail gate party and were smoking weed. When we came into the lobby to check in, the entire lobby smelled liked heavy weed. Thankfully our room was nice and clean. ”
