“We had no sink hot water. Were told it could not be fixed till next day. I asked for a differt room, he said(owner) they were full up and we could just use shower water. We were staying 5 days. No one showed up. We did find the lines were swiched with our own search. No one came the next day and we did NOT tell them we fixed it. 3rd day asked for clean towels and was informed I had to bring them to laundry and get even exchange only! I did go get them and then was told the laundry was closed”

“Even if some renovations were in progress during my stay, everything has gone fine. Never heard any noise from the renovations work. Affordable price for the room. Breakfast include.”

“The pool is so incredibly small. It's enclosed in a small room and is gets very loud. Not enjoyable at all.”

There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. “Close to the airport with shuttle service. If you drive there and need to park and fly, deal directly with the hotel. Third party bookings don't allow for Park and Fly. Lesson learned. The hotel is located very close to the airport but we were not bothered by the flyovers. The Front desk people were super nice and knowledgable. They helped with printing a boarding pass too. The room was well equipped but dated. The carpeting needs a good cleaning. The Breakfast bar was handy early...

“Great location. Christina was wonderful. We appreciated that the staff put out coffee and light snacks starting at 2:30 am and we were able to get a shuttle at 4 am. No other hotel we have stayed in provides shuttles this early.”

“Would not let us check in five minutes early. Then only one person to check in a long line of travelers waiting to check in. No hair dryer, Kleenex, coffee pot. Check in CLOSED at 3:00 pm. Never stayed anywhere like this strange “hotel”.”

“Power went out on 3rd of July, I had to work on the 4th for 24 hrs. I found out at work power wouldn't be restored until Tuesday so we decided to get a hotel. Reserved thru Expedia for two days, but somehow, Holiday Inn only had us for one day. “The kitchen garbage disposal did not work, my power was out at my home so I decided to get a room and I bought $200 worth of groceries and wasn’t able to utilize the sink, I reported right away, I stayed for three days and no one ever came. Upon arrival some kids were left alone which cause a fire in the microwave so my first room was smoky and my clothes were smoky just from walking up the hall.
