“Even if some renovations were in progress during my stay, everything has gone fine. Never heard any noise from the renovations work. Affordable price for the room. Breakfast include.”

“For the moment I walk through the door is the staff was very warm and welcoming. I love the aesthetics of the inside of the hotel with the bar visible from the front entryway. I also do like that there were separate elevators for each tower of the hotel. The rooms were beautiful and the beds were really comfortable, but most of all I love that the checkout time is at noon so that you don’t feel rushed leaving your room in the morning.”

“I love everything about this hotel. Great location off of expressway, near stores and restaurants, room was very clean and the breakfast was good.”

“The shuttle to the air port runs 24/7 so that was very helpful. However they dont make coffee in the lobby till 230am. There was no wash cloths in the bathroom and I never got the wifi to work but we had to go to sleep early so i didnt worry with it.. Bob Evans restaurant was within walking distance but dont get the burgers they were very dry.”

“Neglected and noisy hotel. The curtains were stained with blood. There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. At 4 am the bathroom started making an intense noise, with a frightening vibration and at very high decibels. The lady at the reception refused to come and check the terrible noise. “Clean room. Breakfast amazing, friendly staff, the Jacuzzi suite is beautiful and there is a nice pool, hot tub and fitnesss center also free cookies and nice coffee makers all day coffee and free WiFi it’s Amazing do it!”

“Housekeeping was a problem. Original room we checked into looked like the maid had laid on the bed and never straightened it afterward. Second room they put us in had a used washcloth in the shower. Otherwise it is a very nice hotel. They just need to fix their housekeeping staff/process.”
