“Neglected and noisy hotel. The curtains were stained with blood. There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. At 4 am the bathroom started making an intense noise, with a frightening vibration and at very high decibels. The lady at the reception refused to come and check the terrible noise. The staff was nice and kind enough to give us another room that looked exactly like what we had which was also an accesible room. The room was spacious, the bed mattress was soft, the bathroom was clean and spacious. The breakfast was good. My overall stay was excellent. I would recommend this place if you're in the area.
