“i would never return to this hotel. i did not feel safe. i had a bug in the bathroom and stains on my comforter. and the man who checked in me made me extremely uncomfortable. i double locked my door for additional security because of how uneasy he made me feel. staff smoked so much right at the entrance that i thought it was a smoking property. it was so unclean that i didn’t even bother trying breakfast because i knew it couldn’t be sanitary based on how dirty the property was. never again. ”

“Neglected and noisy hotel. The curtains were stained with blood. There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. At 4 am the bathroom started making an intense noise, with a frightening vibration and at very high decibels. The lady at the reception refused to come and check the terrible noise. “I stayed 1 night in the King Suite. Overall I had a wonderful stay. The staff was very friendly, the property was well kept, and the room was nice. The only small issue was I had a difficult time releasing the bathtub drain and both the drainage for the tub and sink was a little slow. Otherwise, no complaints. ”

“My kids loved the pool area very clean and the front area had fresh cookies and water containers with lemon slices one day and then orange slices so refreshing coffee bar awesome great breakfast nice maid service Would definitely recommend and return”

“It was not bad, the only complaint about the room was is the shower sprayed water everywhere. It could be fixed easily. Room seemed clean, no bugs. We were happy to have landed there.”
