“Upon arrival the front desk clerk checked us in gave us a key and never told us anything else. Like where are the elevators, WIFI code etc. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. However the bathroom was sloppily painted with peeling paint. The pool had a hazy to the water.”

“I reserved a room with two queen beds. My reservation was confirmed as such. When I checked in the said it was a king and a sofa bed. They said the air force was in town and took all of them. I advised I had reservations well ahead of them. It didn’t matter.”

“Neglected and noisy hotel. The curtains were stained with blood. There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. At 4 am the bathroom started making an intense noise, with a frightening vibration and at very high decibels. The lady at the reception refused to come and check the terrible noise. “The hotel is really good, with clean rooms and comfortable bathrooms. It has a very well structured gym with a great pool near it. Surely a great hotel where to stay and relax!”

“The pink castle was fun aesthetically. The parking in and out was kind of confusing at night with how they blocked off the parking lot.”

“I will say the Staff was helpful when needed. However the building had an awful smell to it, sheets were dirty, toilets barley flushed, garbage left overs from old guest, wall plugs barley hanging on. However I needed a place to sleep and for the price, I got what I paid for I guess. Breakfast was minimal, they didn't have plates avaible so the guest had to use bowls, no syrup for the waffles.”

“The rooms were clean and large with high quality fixtures and furniture. The staff was polite, friendly, and professional, breakfast was very good and parking was plentiful.”
