“Just to note if you arrive after normal business hours, you have to call from the lobby phone to have someone come check you in. but the person that came was very fast. This facility was very very clean. There was a lot of snow and rain when we were there and they kept up with mopping floors to prevent people slipping. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. “This hotel is an excellent value. For the price we paid, I loved the updated aesthetic, the heated pool, the quality fitness center, and the clean and tidy room. There are a few sacrifices — no hot tub and no hot foods at breakfast are two noteworthy omissions — but the location, the quiet (even with multiple hockey teams staying the night), and the staff are all top quality. Great job!”
