There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. “Everything was clean and updated. The shower is great! Staff was helpful and friendly. The bistro was a little understaffed in the morning. You need to call for the shuffle. It doesn't seem to do a continuous loop to the airport like many of the others. Highly recommend, especially for the price. ”

“Couldn't get hold of transport when flight came in late at night. Started doubting. On drive over website said last check in at 12 - flight in at 12:30 but did tell 2 different staff we were coming in late. Worried we weren't going to have the room we reserved. SARAH was amazing, no attitude, no blame, no "why didn't you". It was such a relief on how she treated us, it was emotional! She was awesome. We troubleshot the issue to get to the bottom of it.
