“Neglected and noisy hotel. The curtains were stained with blood. There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. “Mixed feelings about this stay. Staff were fine, and breakfast was decent. However, as a handicapped person, I found the room not very functional. It was small, and had no shower chair in the bathroom, although otherwise the bathroom was accessible. My biggest problem was the bed. Why are hotels doing beds so high that you need a ladder to get into them!? This one broke the record, it was up to my waist! I ended up scrunching onto this weird lounger piece of furniture, to sleep. I just can’t see...

“There was door almming and baninging noise throughout the stay that seemded to be either structula.problem or maintenance issue. I also had issue with a group of young prople being loud for hours late at night. I called front desk but the clerk just said she will call the police. The noise continues well past 1am. I would not come back for sure.”

“I was pleasantly surprised when staying at this property, especially for the price. Bathroom was small but the room was nice. Also, we ate at Wings Bar & Grill and it was good too. Great property. *One note, when you book a shuttle to the airport for example at 6am, and they tell you to be in the lobby by 545am, you better be on the shuttle by 545am not in the lobby. They almost left without me!”

“The room was so clean and the staff treat you so nice. The exercise room was very clean. The pool room was clean. Windows was shiny. Everything seems to be well taken care of it smell so clean when you walk in the hotel your room smell even cleaner I can go on and on but I know one thing anything you need to go to Walmart the stores restaurants around within 2 to 3 minutes we will be back again. A perfect place to stay at wonderful.”

“The phone did not work. Clerk did not offer me another room, he just said he’d have it repaired in the morning. I said that won’t help me tonight. No reply. I asked the evening clerk for late check-out the next morning. I said I’d like 1pm, he said fine. The next morning on the way to the breakfast buffet (which was delicious!) I decided to confirm the late checkout. The morning clerk said there was no late checkout noted. He gave it to me. He did not apologize. I never had any problems...

“I wished that there were more varieties in breakfast. But the swimming pool was great. The water could be a bit warmer.”

“I needed a place to stay near the airport because of a missed connection. It worked out perfectly. The room was big and clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, also there is a free shuttle to the airport. Great option when you need to stay overnight before your flight.”
