“The Hotel was absolutely 100% rude & unprofessional. My wife & I decided to get a room downtown for a friends 40th birthday. Check in wasn't untill 4pm... we showed up at 9.pm giving them plenty of time to have our room together & ready. We walk in luggage in hand ready to have a good everything together with some friends only tonbe told they have no room available for us anymore.. we were left to scramble @ 930 on a Saturday downtown to find other accommodations. There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. “What a great place to stay! I was on a road trip, that had to be extended, and this was far better stay than the Hyatt Regency we originally stayed at and much more affordable! This place is clean, the staff was great and everything is well maintained ”
