“Just to note if you arrive after normal business hours, you have to call from the lobby phone to have someone come check you in. but the person that came was very fast. This facility was very very clean. There was a lot of snow and rain when we were there and they kept up with mopping floors to prevent people slipping. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. “The young lady who was the receptionist the 3 days of my 4 day stay. Extremely professional in customer service with guest & myself answering questions and sharing information. The engineer, 'jack of all trades' in keeping the building up & running. While also explaining winter weather do's & don't advice in making my visit safe along with enjoyable.”
