“Better than expected”

“Even if some renovations were in progress during my stay, everything has gone fine. Never heard any noise from the renovations work. Affordable price for the room. Breakfast include.”

“We had no sink hot water. Were told it could not be fixed till next day. I asked for a differt room, he said(owner) they were full up and we could just use shower water. We were staying 5 days. No one showed up. We did find the lines were swiched with our own search. No one came the next day and we did NOT tell them we fixed it. 3rd day asked for clean towels and was informed I had to bring them to laundry and get even exchange only! I did go get them and then was told the laundry was closed”

“The room was very nice as was the building. Breakfast was very good including the toppings for "make your own Belgian waffle", French toast sticks, hot cooked oatmeal. Definitely pet friendly but didn't know i was going to be charged at checkout $75 for my dog by the hotel separate from what I paid to Expedia for the room. The dog fee was supposed to be waived since I went thru Expedia to book the one nite only room. Also I book with Expedia for $105, non-refundable then saw the same room with...

“I’d booked two rooms one for me and the other for my daughter. Her first room had opened bottles of champagne and trash. So, she was switched to another room and that room had ladies under garments and other items left from another patron, and she had to clean her room from the filth. She gotten no housekeeping services the entire time of her visit either. My room was filthy from the time of arrival until I checked out. I had to get my own cleaning products at the time of arrival around 130am....

“Neglected and noisy hotel. The curtains were stained with blood. There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. At 4 am the bathroom started making an intense noise, with a frightening vibration and at very high decibels. The lady at the reception refused to come and check the terrible noise.
