We have to hussle with the luggages up the stairs in the city making it very hard in our luggages and ourselves which they got really wet as it was raining. A Good Samaritan, his wife and friends helped us with the luggage and gave us a ride to the apartment. The washing machine didn’t work and there were no instructions at all.
