“Our family group included senior parents, mid age and teens. The house has recently been updated throughout and offered a comfortable setting for our group. There is a lot of well thought out space and amenities packed into this small house. The location is ideal walking distance for IA games and activities. We rented in December and walked to Carver for a game. The driveway is a bit tight for larger vehicles, and careful your vehicle is not on the sidewalk - you might get a ticket. ...

“The house is warm and welcoming as soon as you open the door and, WOW what a view. The house is spacious and quiet even being on the main road. The kitchen is well stocked, and has high end appliances, (nice washer and dryer in a closet I would call every woman's dream) The bathroom offers a nice bathtub and shower, (with an abundance of plush bath towels) and the beds are cozy and comfortable. The house is well located to local activities such as sport complex, casino, and beautiful downtown...

“This was a nice property we would stay. There are many more times when going to see our son. It was only One minute away from him the house was clean and very nice. We loved it and would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in a two bedroom one bath. It was exceptional”

“Having never been in Iowa before it was such a pleasure to spend a very short, unfortunately, time in charming Le Claire. This home is very comfortable and well maintained. It is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood close to the freeway. I wish we’d had time to stay another night or two. The sheets were nice as was the bed. These are thoughtful hosts that even provided for forgotten toiletries. Loved it!”

“We stayed here for a Hawkeye football game and it was the perfect location! The neighborhood was family friendly, quiet, and brand new. The separation of floors allowed for kids and adults to have their own space. Such a great experience! ”

“great location and walking distance to a lot of places. BUT we felt like we were staying in someone's house who packed up and left for the weekend. It was not very sanitary, there were multiple dog beds throughout the house, even though the listing said no pets, which made it hard for my partner who is extremely allergic to dogs. We didn't use the upstairs bathroom because the shower was so moldy. There were personal items left in the bathroom drawers and the fidge had open food and there was...

“The space was great as we needed room to gather after my mom's memorial service. The bedrooms met our needs - we only slept in them. We appreciated having the double oven to heat/bake food for a gathering. The 2-car garage was great making packing the car nicer in the very cold weather.Grocery stores were nearby. The location was great for the memorial service and graveside ceremony. Folks joining us after the services had no trouble finding us.The only negative items were the very steep...

“Lovely condo in a great location near downtown. Very new, still smells new! Lots of space. Layout and bedroom worked perfect for our family. Kitchen needs stocked a bit more in the utensil department. Easy check-in! Thanks for a great stay!”

“This is a lovely home with a generous and thoughtful host. I arrived very late due to a flight delay and Lucy was particularly careful to be sure the area was well lit so I could see to get into the house. The property is not only clean and well stocked with coffee and snacks, it was delightfully decorated for the holidays. The Christmas decorations made us feel right at home”

“The property was clean and cozy, beautifully and seasonally decorated, and had everything we needed! The bed was comfy and the bedding, plentiful. The outdoor space--porches and dock--were some of the best I've ever seen. The view was outstandingly good. It was an ideal spot to visit the Quad Cities from.”

“In town for the Nebraska game. 4 adults/4kids had plenty of room and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Great property, close to everything downtown. Owner was easily reachable and made everything as simple as possible for check in/out. Will definitely plan to stay again when back in town. Thanks! ”
