“Nice clean, cosy apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Easy to get to a comfortable temperature. Very convenient for visiting the city, localed midway between the Botanic Gardens/Belfast Museum and the City Centre.”

“This was a nice little apartment, great location and good kitchen, living area and bedrooms. However the towels provided were unusable- just need new cleans ones, these were really old and very smelly. Duvet in main bedroom yellow, really off putting. The bathroom was ok but some areas not great in terms of cleanliness. This is tricky as parts of it where great and kitchen was immaculate! I think with some attention to bedding and towels and bathroom would make the world of difference but also...

“The location was perfect. We were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to do. It was amazing. The only complaint was the extremely uncomfortable bed. It was tolerable for the first couple of nights, but as time went on it got worse and worse. If your trip is a short one (2-3 nights tops), it would probably be fine. Over a week was rough for us. ”

“The best rental place we have ever stayed in! Everything and more was provided and all top quality, definitely a home from home. Janet is an excellent host and couldn’t do enough for us the welcome gift was a lovely touch. The views are to die for and even with the not so good Irish weather we still managed to do so much. “Long black hair in the bed , surrounding area horribly dirty , a dumping ground outside your window , Apartment was ok ..A little pricey and couldn't understand how there was every cleaning product there to clean the place but absolutely nothing to use to wash yourself ..No soap of any kind ”

“Although an older building the rooms are bright, roomy and warm. we opted for an evening meal the first night which was lovely as are the breakfasts with a nice range of choices. Patricia and Tom are very welcoming and nothing is a problem. Plenty of tea and coffee and a nice cosy guest sitting room with a very warm stove. Location is very peaceful yet very close to Belfast and a lot of the attractions around. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be back! ”
