“Best hotel in Cork city. Welcoming staff, very helpful. Good dining and bar options. Bathrooms were remodelled during pandemic and are holding up well, can’t say the same for the carpeting, which needs to be redone. Gym is subpar for a 5 star hotel, I think that the owner must not be a fitness lover.”

“The hotel itself is wonderful. Service was very good. Staff at the lounge and other restaurants were friendly and very professional. The food was far above expectations. Our only issue was that the room we booked was located on level -1(the basement). It was selected because it was advertised as a garden view with a balcony. “Very orderly, lovely room. Clean and comfortable. Old-fashioned public spaces, but rooms pleasingly modern. We were 1st offered a room with window onto an air shaft, but they happily changed us to another room with a view over the hills. Would recommend :)”
